We stumbled across Truth & Tonic while looking for vegan options in Las Vegas. We were going to the Venetian anyway so thought it would be a good lunch stop, and we were not disappointed.

It was a little confusing to find at first as it’s located right outside the Canyon Ranch Spa. We took an elevator up and once we got there it was such a welcome reprieve from the chaos of the canal shops. The serenity of a spa environment definitely flows into the restaurant. It has clean, crisp vibes and am ambiance that says inner peace.

After walking around the Venetian I was super happy to try one of their juices, which did not disappoint. I was also really impressed to see how many vegan options there were. We started with vegan chicken Bao Buns which we absolutely delicious. The vegan chicken was crisp and the mayo and toppings blended flavors perfectly.

For our mains I got the vegan avocado chicken wrap, and my husband got chilaquiles with Just Egg. Both very delicious.

They also have a little cafe where you can get vegan baked goods and a variety of coffee/lattes.

Overall a very pleasant experience and was a very welcome break from the bustle of Vegas, right inside one of the casinos. I will definitely be coming back next time I’m visiting.

Truth & Tonic is one of the best spots for healthy eating on the Las Vegas Strip. It’s located inside the Venetian, so you’ll need a reservation to enter, but it’s surprisingly easy to get one.

Their avocado salad is absolutely incredible — fresh, flavorful, and honestly one of the best salads I’ve had. I would genuinely fly in just for this dish. It’s easily a 10/10 and something I’d order every time.

The menu is fairly small and the drink selection is just okay, but the food quality makes up for it. I also tried the French toast, which was good as well. Overall, a really enjoyable dining experience. If you’re staying at the Venetian, this is a must-try.

We came here twice in the 4 days we were in Vegas. Food was great, lots of Vegan (but still Tasty options ). We ordered the Coconut milk french toast, the All-American breakfast as well as the Organic strawberry cashew butter toast (tastes unbelievable). Juices are freshly squeezed, coffee is awesome,

All of it Deliciousness! They have a good mix of options.

Hidden gem… I almost don’t want to tell people about it LOL.

Excellent set of food choices and many of them either vegan or having plant based substitutes. The peanut butter/strawberry French toast, the vegan chicken wrap, and the soyrizo wrap with just egg are top notch in size and flavor! The peanut butter and chocolate dairy free smoothie was fantastic. It was a little chalky but had great flavor. The orange juice was real and not a cheap substitute. Highly recommend this place. You get a lot of bang for your buck! Totally disappointed that the Bao buns are no longer an option. The banana bread was delicious. I was hoping for a blueberry muffin but those too were gone.

It’s hard to find this place. Look for the poker room in the canals, then find Palazo Tower. Take the elevator to the third floor and find the spa, go inside it, walk for about three minutes until you see the rock climbing wall. Cappuccino was really good along with the kale toast.

Nice quiet atmosphere which can be a good change of pace on the strip. Plenty of food options for vegan or lactose intolerant guests. A little difficult to find since it’s not on the main casino/shop/restaurant level. It’s right next to Canyon Ranch Spa. Either follow signs for Canyon Ranch Spa or ask a hotel staff member for directions when you arrive.

Finding healthy food options in Las Vegas is not for the faint of heart. I knew we would be having some over the top dinners while in town so I did some research ahead of time to find some lighter lunch options.

Truth & Tonic wasn’t easy to get to but was totally worth it. Tucked away on the 4th floor of the Venetian inside the spa, we had to check in with security in order to even get there. It’s a small casual cafe but they were able to seat us right away at noon on Friday afternoon. My husband and I each ordered the grain bowl, mine with a poached egg and his with chicken. The bowl was light but satisfying and my egg was perfectly poached.

The menus is mostly vegan and vegetarian but there were also several meat options available. Really enjoyed this spot for lunch and would happily go back.

The Truth? It is in fact, hard to find, but SO worth the effort. The vibe is clean, healthy food focused. The dishes are artfully presented and packed with flavor. We typically eat vegan or vegetarian in restaurants, and this place does not disappoint. Wait staff, like Niki, are helpful, courteous and engaging. We will eat there many times during our week long stay! (The salad looked better, we tossed it all together so we could easily share it).

I ate here everyday when visiting for an expo. It was conveniently located in the north tower, the same one I was staying in. Their food is out of this world! As a vegan, I truly appreciate how vegan friendly they are, which is understandable seeing as they used to be only vegan. There isn’t one thing I wouldn’t recommend! I’m looking forward to attempting to recreate these dishes once back at home. I dream about their toasts! Would love to see a dinner menu in the future.

**Inside the Venetian Spa** Holy MOLY! This was the perfect brunch The staff? So kind! The food? Crazy delicious! We got the Coconut Milk French Toast, the Breakfast Egg Tacos with a side of scrambled Just eggs. You will need either a Venetian hotel guest key or an ID to access the Canyon Ranch spa where Truth & Tonic is. It’s a vegan / plant-based paradise! The juices are amazing too.
