This is the BEST place in Dayton! I have tried every sushi restaurant in a 40 mile radius after moving here. I promise you won’t be disappointed. You are treated like family and the sushi chef takes you on an Omakase like experience. Don’t be hesitant driving by, it is worth it!

Don’t let the exterior of this restaurant deter you! You know the old saying. . . Don’t judge a book by its cover! Our server had a pleasant personality, gave good beverage and food recommendations. The food was delicious. We had a bit of a wait but well worth it. We’ll definitely be returning.

I enjoyed their cold sushi and rolls. However their hot roll with smoked salmon, cream cheese, salmon roe, avocado, etc. had almost too much going on, and it was all under the eel sauce (iirc), which sort of washed out all the other flavors.

The food tasted good although the consistency of the crab rangoon’s filling seemed a little Off and the yellow curry seemed more like a red curry. The chicken for the curry didn’t taste like chicken and had a lot of fat. After I was done eating and left I could feel my stomach drop. Service was ok they didn’t stop by to ask how the food was. Also, it seemed as if they are understaffed. The outside needs a little touch-up to seem more welcoming.

Love this place! I have dined in restaurant and had takeout many times and all experiences have been great. Service is warm and friendly, takeout is hot and well packaged. This place is reliable and a staple in my rotation, they never let me down. Fair pricing, fresh ingredients, nice portion sizes.

Delicious and reasonably priced for the great quality of food. We started off with Gyoza that was very tasty: pan fried and then steamed to perfection. The miso soup was flavorful and the ginger salad dressing was sweeter than most places and was well paired with the finely peeled carrots and iceberg. The spicy maki combination was great value but the spicy tuna was our fav on the plate. I could do without the spicy crab roll. I also had the the Amazing Yellow Roll which had just the right amount of spice mixed with the pickled flavor of the oshinko. The tuna sushi was also the perfect add to finish off the plate. For dessert tempura Oreos left us filling complete and overly full. They could easily be shared between 3 people after a big dinner. We will be back!

Absolutely delicious! Lily was so sweet and attentive. I really enjoyed the sushi lunch specials with ginger salad and miso soup. The sashimi platter was beautiful, the oysters, and hot sake, everything was great! What an amazing spot. Only one request, please stop using plastic straws to reduce waste and help the environment, thank you!
