This was one of the best dining experiences I have had in a long time and I have had a lot of great experiences recently but I was blown away at Toast. My server was the sweetest and best server ever. The food was amazing. I love the cute toast art everywhere. I couldn’t complain about anything. And my daughter ordered a weird latte because she has been getting on this lavender honey kick lately but she keeps ordering ice creams and things like that so of course they’re going to be really sweet and she didn’t really like the latte version and they were so nice to take it off and give her a different sweeter latte even though that was totally her mistake for ordering something that is typically a bit more mature flavor profile. So I thought that was really kind and generous of them. Also I ordered the Eggs Blackstone and I asked if they could do regular bacon instead of the spicy red pepper bacon and they were sweet enough to bring me a piece of the spicy bacon to try. I’m so glad I got to try it it was sweet and spicy at the same time and I think it is a delicious way to flavor the Benedict however I am very sensitive to spice and it was a little too much for me probably so that was the best of both worlds to get to try it but I wasn’t overpowered by the heat in the dish by getting normal bacon. But I would recommend it as is to anyone who can handle the heat haha. I am a bit weak sauce when it comes to that. Everything was cooked perfectly my poached eggs still had a soft and runny yolk as you always hope. The hollandaise was flavored perfectly. And they have oversized delicious lattes. They also have a very generous side order menu. We got a side order of the strawberry cream cheese pancakes to share between us and it was more than we could share. I will definitely be back even though it is a little bit of a drive because Toast is amazing. Highly recommended to any fans of breakfast food. But they also have a lunch menu if you want.

Visited on Saturday about 45 minutes before closing. Food came out cold. Nuked the biscuit on my husbands plate. Gravy was bland. My dish was okay…I am thankful for the gluten-free options. Didn’t see much of our waiter. Felt like we were in the way of all of their closing duties. Expediter dropped our food off and then bolted. I’ve eaten here plenty of times before and it’s always been good. Disappointed with our most recent visit.

This place is amazing! 6 out of 5! They don’t miss a beat and I’m a critic. The service is always impeccable. The food is the best breakfast anywhere around Denver. Even the coffee makes you stop and say “wow that’s good”. Can tell the ownership is doing a great job with how well this restaurant is run. Great job all around.

I’m always on the search for best Chilaquiles, wherever I travel. I’ve certainly met some disappointing versions, but I found a really delicious one here at Toast. I ordered the “Carnitas Chilaquiles“ with scrambled eggs. The dish had an ample amount of the pork Carnitas and great chips in a red chili sauce. I also ordered a fresh made biscuit and an ice tea. The portion of the Chilaquiles was enough for me to take about half back with me and reheated for breakfast the next day. I was very pleasantly surprised to find this gem in Denver. Service was prompt and efficient even very early in the morning.

Recommending this place for a fantastic breakfast with great food and service. The bananas foster french toast was so perfect! Our server was prompt and attentive. We didn’t have to wait long for our food even though it was really busy. We also tried the pountine fries, chicken fried steak and fried chicken and pancakes. I recommend sharing a meal if you are that type. There will be plenty of food. We had leftovers for breakfast the next day and everything still tasted just as good warmed up. If you decide to visit, make a reservation online first because it will save you time. They do get busy so if you have to wait, bring your coffee in a to-go mug and you will be just fine. The food is worth it!
