Service was relatively quick, I was seated just after arriving, my order was taken in roughly five minutes. The restaurant seems very clean, my only issue was the eggs. I had the chopped Steak and eggs with grits and rye toast. The grits? Fantastic. They tasted real, not “quick”. The chopped steak was delicious though EXTREMELY small (about 4 bites) compared to similar dishes from nearby restaurants. The eggs though… Oh my God! Awful! I’m not sure what was going on but the whites of the eggs were DRY and very VERY leathery. I sniffed them but they didn’t smell “off” so I tried them. I’m not sure what it was, whether seasoning or what, but they were without one doubt or hesitation the absolute WORST eggs I’ve ever had! I ate the one bite of eggs, then left the rest. Utterly nasty!

Great breakfast spot with super friendly staff! The kids loved their Mickey pancakes, I went with the Greek omelet, and my wife had the veggie omelet. Everything came out fresh, delicious, and perfectly served. Definitely a place we’d come back to!

First time dining at Toast of New Port Richey and was very impressed with everything!! Our server Karen was excellent!!! She helped with menu suggestions, was attentive to every need during my visit. Food was brought out hot and quickly!! Excellent flavors for the dishes I ordered!! Decor is very nice along with the entire restaurant was spotless which was nice to see!! Looking forward to visiting again soon to try some other items on the extensive menu selections they have!!

This is a great place for breakfast or lunch. The service is always good when I’ve gone here. Their food is good. They are usually very friendly and quick. A good place for a cheaper breakfast either alone or with friends.

We have never had a bad experience here. The staff are great. Friendly, informative and attentive. Give this place a try. There are specials and menu items above the normal breakfast or lunch fare that are imaginative and delicious.

First of all, ordered over the phone, repeated the order 3 times and they still rang it up wrong.
Tried to order two orders of biscuits and gravy, which according to their menu comes with choice of grits or “home fries.” Order one of each side WITH the biscuits and gravy, and an order of their beignets. Get there to pick it up, $22! and they end up ringing it up wrong anyway. Rang us up for one biscuits and gravy and two sides. So we paid extra for the one side. Have to go back in and get rang up for an order for biscuits and gravy, with no sides and it’s somehow $7.50. Now to the quality of food, for the amount that you pay the food is honestly crap, tiny extremely dry biscuits, gravy was okay but nothing to write home about. Their “home fries” is essentially a whole potato that they just smashed and put in a box, not at all what home fries are supposed to be. Beignets with “chocolate sauce” tasted like great value chocolate syrup, and beignets were not that great at all, they’re supposed to be pillowy and soft. They were basically just a shell of a pastry. Idk how this place is always so crowded when their food is subpar at best.

I was quite surprised with my visit to Toast. Excellent food, fun interior design and clean atmosphere! The waffle was phenomenal and I ordered some to go as well. I would recommend to Come early, cause when we were leaving there was a line of people waiting to be seated. It is a hot breakfast spot.
