I used to love Cici’s. It has tragically gone way down hill. It felt better outside and it’s 80° out there right now. Literally more pizza on the floor than on the bar, kitchen supplies lining the dining area, and all card machines out of order. The men’s restroom is a hazmat zone. Vomit in the urinal and the only other option overflowing. Come on Cici’s… you used to be better… do better. I can’t wait until my kids outgrow this place.

Terrific experience. Team worked well. Made sure tables were cleared within a timely manner. Floor was clean. Food came out timely. The energy and atmosphere was pleasant. The manager made himself present and came and checked on us and made sure we didn’t need anything. 10/10 will come back to this particular location because of him

There was more pizza on the floor than on the bar, the back kitchen workers were standing around the oven just talking and ignoring the fact that the dinning room is filthy and the bar is empty. As they were standing around doing nothing they were loudly cussing up a storm in front of my 6 year old son who was shocked at the F bombs they saying. One working was working on his rap career and practicing his profanity laced lyrics for everybody. I don’t expect much outs cici’s pizza, you get what you pay for, but for a “family establishment” it was an absolute joke. We finished as quick as we could and left. We were there at 1:48pm on 3-8-2026 in case the management would like to give their staff some training.

I love coming here! My friends and I come at least once every few weeks, if not weekly. The food is great! They can make you pretty much any pizza you want and they are very quick to put your order in and get it to you quickly. They always keep the bar stocked. Never had a bad experience. Their BBQ pork Pizza is my favorite pizza Their manager, Chris is also super wonderful and helpful. He always helps me with my pizza orders
The only issue with this amazing pizza parlor is their mens bathrooms are not always the cleanest.

Me and my family went here to enjoy a night out and it was awesome. The kids really enjoyed the arcade and everything was fresh and tasty. Family friendly vibes and it was clean.

We brought about 100 kids through in groups and the manager did an awesome job at communication and keeping the food fresh! There was someone constantly walking around cleaning tables and that helped our higher groups have clean areas to eat. They were also awesome with some allergy restrictions we had. Will be back next year!

Okay it might seem a little chaotic at first and it IS a fast food place, dont wxpect fine dining. But for the price (i believe like 11 dollars with water) its a great place for sure! Every kid needs the experience of this establishment. Personally it is one of my favorite places to go for little get togethers, small parties and dates or even just on a whim cheap meal. Theyve got arcade games and friendly staff and its kept pretty clean. Ive met the manager i believe and he told me that they have a rewards program! I had no clue but i downloaded it right away and theres great deals on there especially for someone like me that goes all the time

The food was okay. The drink station was out of drinks. I’m most of the beverages, what’s straight up carbonation, and no one would refill it even after we asked. Tables were dirty.We had to clean our own table just so we’ll have a clean place to eat.Bathrooms were also dirty. This place needs some updating too.Because every one of the seats in the booths were torn, and uncomfortable to sit on. Food was okay except for the hair that I found in my cinnamon rolls. But what do you expect from a cheap place to eat. This place really needs some tlc. The manager what’s too busy conducting interviews instead of keeping the place nice and clean. Most likely will not be back to this restaurant.
