Visited the new restaurant today. New name, but they claim that they make the new menu items as well as the old menu favorites. Ordered the Michael roll. Not the same at all, and the Kanu salad was more cucumber than crab. All and all it tasted like cheap sushi.

To-Yo Sushi is a fantastic sushi spot with friendly and attentive owners, and a spacious atmosphere. The spicy tuna roll was delicious and well-made. Overall, I highly recommend this place for any sushi lover looking for a great dining experience. Top Notch!

Not sure about any of the other food but their ramen is no good. Too fishy and that fish taste overpowers the broth.

The presentation and the taste of what I ordered is awful. Waste of money. Does baked scallop look like scallop? No, its bunch of crab meat imitation plus super sweet sauce. Guys you should try your food first before you come up with any horrible ideas.

Serving was incredible. Came here for a friend’s party. We had a large table in the private area in the back and we literally had large sharing plates of everything, plus 2 sushi boats. Everything was amazing.

Went from one of the best sushi restaurants in NE Philly to one of the worst. We’ve been going here for years as it used to be a favorite, but it’s steadily went downhill over the past couple years. Tonight makes the last time we ever order from here and my fiancé has been a customer since it first opened. The past 2 orders haven’t been great, but we attributed it to an off night with COVID slowing businesses down…tonight’s order was downright awful. Portion sizes are the smallest around and sushi doesn’t taste fresh at all. Probably because loyal customers like us have went elsewhere and the fish isn’t being used as quickly. Rolls have become tiny and our favorite special seaweed salad is lacking flavor and less than half the size of local competitor ToKai. All this negative with higher prices than other sushi restaurants in the area. I order a Lexus sashimi roll each time and tonight the “spicy salmon” was more like “spicy tuna fish” with a nasty wet and mayo consistency. Eel box was half the size of normal, and the Russian Family roll was such poor flavor.
