Wife and I stopped by to get a quick bite while on the island, and the burgers we got were good, not great. Honestly surprised it was just meat and cheese, for it’s price. That’s not the reason why I’m here, the service on Sunday afternoon was wanting to say the least. The staff made us feel as if we were inconveniencing them with our presence. It was a very awkward and unwelcoming feeling as most of the staff was reluctant to bother putting their phones down to even take a carryout order. The wait was surprising, close to 15 min on 2 burgers and an order of fries. Not a bad time if it was lunch or busy, but we were literally the only people in their for food. Otherwise it was mostly apathetic workers and what appeared to be some sort of daycare with children running about. You all could do better T&Js, but with what we saw we won’t be back and recommend, unless something drastically changes, that others cross this one of your list unless your into feeling like an inconvenience and overpaying on ok food and terrible service. Sorry, not sorry.

Major disappointment, food was terrible. I had a pulled pork sandwich and that’s all. It did not come with the role it was suppose to be on nor the condiments that were supposed to be included. My friend had the brisket and it was tough and on a hamburger bun . We had eaten there a few years ago when we stopped on the island and thought it was exceptional. We were very sorry we stopped again

Lunch time atmosphere was terrible, food was overpriced for the mediocre quality, the restaurant set-up was inefficient and annoying to deal with, heard other customers complaining about their food being served cold, the food was served in styrofoam to-go boxes for sit-in. No napkins were given. The bathroom was not clean in every aspect possible, soap dispenser was not working, no privacy and the urinals didn’t flush.

This place has to be the worst “smokehouse” I’ve ever eaten at. Walking into a smokehouse house you expect so many things. From the smell of fresh Smokey pulled pork BBQ, to waiters seating you at table, to SITTING DOWN AND ACTUALLY READING A MENU. Nope not this place. Just the atmosphere was awful and food was ok definitely not worth what your paying out of your pocket. Not to mention when your food is ready they pack it in these styrofoam plates. Definitely did not make it feel like a smokehouse. Guys please don’t waste your time here, more important your MONEY. Not worth it. Go to the bout house instead.

The service and food were both terrible. Very over priced for what you get! We had a group of 7. They wouldn’t split the bill if it’s a table of 5 or more, we were ok with that part. The waitress was awful. She took forever to get our drinks. We had to ask for silverware, plates and napkins. She brought 3 napkins for a table of 7. Never got the plates. We ordered appetizers and they came out at the same time as half of our food. The other half of the food didn’t come out until the first people that ordered were already done. Drinks were left empty even after asking for more. We went to the bar and ordered our beers because she never came back with the ones we ordered. We were charged 18% gratuity on our bill ( $30 +) The service was definitely not worth that at all!! The food was awful too. Perch wasn’t cooked all the way and it was soggy, burger tasted old, fries were cold, provolone sticks were soggy and cold. We asked for a manager and she came out and told us there was nothing she could do. She would call the owner; he was too busy to come because he owns 7 other businesses on the island she said. I would love to know what businesses are his because i definitely wouldn’t spend my money there either! When people spend that kind of money in a restaurant the service and food should both be good. I’m a server too so i understand the job and what is acceptable and what isn’t. This place is definitely not worth it!!

Great live entertainment mediocre staff. Building is in shambles. Urinal in men’s room at outside bar don’t have plumbing so it dont flush. Stool at outside bar plugs. Men’s room inside has plywood over the door way and isn’t accessible. All the money this place makes they can’t make minor repairs to accommodate customers. Been like this for atleast 4 years.

Excellent food, excellent staff, and excellent music! From the bacon wrapped meatballs to the pulled pork BBQ, it’s all so delicious! We always try the whiskey specials, because they are always great. And the live music? Makes for a perfect night out. ALWAYS!
