Hubby & my’s 1st time here & we WERE NIT disappointed. Fried catfish was great but the grilled catfish could use a bit more seasoning as it tasted a lil seafood ish. Boudin balls had great flavor. We will be back

So I was looking forward to trying the food out since I am new to the area. I spent 14.07 and waited over 10 mins to receive my food, only to get all the way home to find out that the fish is still raw, the rice is over cooked and half cooked at the same time. I called Resturant no answer, called again to explain what happen. No apology no nothing. I asked what was going to be done to rectify issue and she said a refund for the food. Take in mind I’ve already spent my gas and money there now having to spend gas again while we are experiencing a gas shortage to do back. The proper thing would be to provide properly prepared food and maybe five a refund or half off for the inconvenience. I am going to take more pictures and repost this establishment once I arrive there. Cashier Laura wouldn’t provide owners Danny contact information. She gave me the cook Gael information that prepared my raw fish. I will be contacting food department. I have called several times to speak with management, no answer or return call. I have spoke with assistant manager as well in regards to this issue. Manager resolved problem and I am now satisfied.

This place is awesome. The food is incredible. And it has a drive through, which we went through. Alas we had a lot of questions having never eaten here before. But thankfully the woman was very obliging and knowledgeable. She directed us through the outside menu and when we had asked another question at the window lol, she told us they actually had more items listed in full pictures (which I’ve now taken pictures of to post) inside on their wall. So we paid and went inside. It was small but with a surprising amount of seating and tables. It was also very clean inside which isn’t always so in these types of small establiments. Only waited a few minutes and the food was ready. It was as I said before, incredible. We will definitely be back.
