I originally submitted a complaint Sunday night regarding my Super Bowl order. Someone reached out and asked for photo proof via text, which I provided. However, I was told they could only see the wings and asked where the undercooked wings were — they are clearly shown in the photos I sent.
I completely understand that it was Super Bowl Sunday and that it was a busy day. However, I placed my order online and arrived at the scheduled pickup time, only to wait over an hour at the store. Meanwhile, I had teenagers at home waiting to eat.
When I finally got home, we realized we only received half of the 100-piece wing order. Not only was the order incomplete, but the wings were also severely undercooked and lacked flavor. They were not safe to eat. I personally tried them and can confirm they were undercooked.
Because of this, I had to leave my house again to purchase pizza so the kids could eat.
Since sending the requested photos, I have not received any follow-up regarding a resolution — no refund discussion, no replacement offer, nothing. I am very disappointed with both the service and the lack of communication.
I understand busy days happen, but better organization should be expected on a major event day like the Super Bowl. I would appreciate a prompt response and a fair resolution to this matter.

Terrible customer service. I submitted a complaint and left a review, yet I’m being told to “connect” when I’ve already tried numerous times with no resolution. What is the point of asking customers to reach out if nothing is actually being done?
I wasted both time and money coming here. Half of my order was missing, and the wings I did receive were undercooked. Despite providing proof, no one has taken accountability or offered to fix the issue.
This is extremely disappointing. If I do not receive a proper response and resolution, I will be escalating this matter further. I will not be returning.

The cashier Elaine gave me the best experience i every had. As my first time ever coming to Wing Stop she showed much love and grace because i took my time to order . I have never seen someone take so much pride and care their work. I wish i could have told her manager.

I don’t do Google reviews very often, but I was so impressed with the quality of service that I got at this restaurant that I felt like I had to. Ced the manager was great to interact with and has a hilarious personality. And my boneless wings were mwah chefs kiss! I was bewildered about some of the other reviews, because every time I walk in here, I damn near get screamed at welcome to Wingstop lol The energy is so infectious. I start yelling welcome to Wingstop when somebody else walks in lol my daughter loves getting a brownie every time we come, and she just loves to dance around to the music they play in the restaurant. This is definitely one of my number one go to’s for good food

Also, there wasn’t enough sauce on my wings from another previous order and he was very kind to take care of the issue. His customer service is top tier. Tuesday the 29 at 7:27pm i placed a doordash order for two 6pcs bone in combos and i received my order around 9:30 4 different dashers were waiting for the order mind you i live 2 minutes away from this location. the last dasher waiting for my order said his friend worked at this location and he slides him my order ,It was ready the whole time and they just never gave it out the manager was screaming saying the computers werent working which i understand they were busy but i shouldn’t have to wait 2 hours for food i am a manager at a fast food location thats not how you do business i called back once i received my food without my drinks and all cold and they had me on wait for 2 separate time on the phone to speak to a manager and said come back wednesday to get food again . i go wednesday and wait for 40 minutes for my wings well done and checked the fries make sure they were good and left i got home the order was wrong again. i called and the guy said it is correct and nothing is wrong with the order when i order there all the time i order the same thing and he said to go back they will make it again i said no because i waited 40 minutes for a order that did not do right and was not going back again when they messed up again very disappointing. now tell me is this hot honey rub because they think i was liying about what i received it is spicy with lemon flavor to it

Lady in the front was rude. Manager as well when i tried to tell him that his employee was rude and explain the situation he hung up in my face. When i asked for their names to report them to their supervisor they told me to just call the supervisor and see how that goes…. Shut this place down!!! Also saw the manager smoking a cigarette right in front of the store and goes straight inside with the smell . Terrible!!!!
