Once a year, I took advantage for the King special, I picked this place so I don’t need to go with a set dinner discount for the King crab like others. Their crabs sale by the pound my crab is 9lb this is the perfect size for dinner of 5 . We added th soup, soy sauce chicken and couple appetizer. This is one of the best in Vancouver. You won’t be disappointed.

I had the best king crab here. The salt-and-pepper fried version was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and absolutely delicious. The steamed king crab was incredibly fresh as well. The Portuguese baked rice was wonderfully fragrant. Even the appetizers were impressive—the beef shank was surprisingly flavorful, and the chicken had a unique taste you won’t find anywhere else. The service was excellent as well.

We drove past this restaurant many times and finally had a chance to walk in.

It was a bit early for dinner on a Saturday night. We arrived after 5 pm. You could imagine it was not crowded yet. Only one table was occupied and another group just arrived right before us.

The restaurant felt a bit smaller than expected, but the tables were not packed at all. Walking in, we were offered a small table either at the entrance or at the back, we chose the latter.

We were introduced two special dishes of the night and we picked soy sauce chicken. Chicken was very tender and juicy, and it was not too salty as the name might sound.

We also ordered a stir fried beef with vegetable in satay sauce. It was very flavourful. Beef was tenderized and slightly fried perhaps. Broccoli was cooked just right. There were also finely chopped onion and pepper that added flavour and texture to the dish. The sauce might be quite oily for those who are health conscious.

We were offered free dessert at the end, some Chinese cookie and red bean soup.

Surprisingly, service was top notch for a Chinese restaurant. My plate was changed twice by a female server while I was enjoying the chicken. The receipt surveyed a 15% tip and they totally earned and deserved it.

We wanted to check out this place for future family celebration dinner for special occasions and this place definitely passed the test. We definitely would love to come back to try more dishes!

Thanks to my daughter’s friend, we were able to get a table on a Sunday lunchtime with a last minute reservation Dim sum was yummy, generous portions and reasonably priced. We loved the Fried sticky rice, DELICIOUS Booking is highly recommended on weekends, but might still need to wait for a while after arrival. Service was good in general. Highly recommend it.

Typical dim sum in the area but based on the service, this restaurant wouldn’t be my first choice. The only thing of note on the menu was the abalone siu mai which was very good. The har gow was mediocre compared to other places.

The service was not great, the host brought our party of 4 to our table but proceeded to remove a table setting, leaving only cutlery for 3 people. When we asked him about it, he took a big sigh and started acting fussy about how we couldn’t count. When he realized he counted wrong, he brought another set of cutlery back but started slamming the plates and bowls on the table. Everyone else we interacted was fine but I’d rather not return.

Having lived in Asia, this is superb! The Dimsum brought me back to my HK days with generous amounts of shrimp not just fish paste, there is finesse in how the pieces are made. The flavors in the Egg white with dry scallops fried wild rice are so delicious , what an authentic experience heck and even the attitudes of the servers are as rude as it gets ! Will definitely return. Parking is free self park but the lot gets packed in quickly with cars cramped up against yours.

Good Chinese restaurant to come for set combo for a large group. We ordered the combo that has crab and lobster and I thought the sauce and flavours were good as well as the service.

Tin Tin Seafood Harbour is a popular Cantonese restaurant in Richmond, known for its fresh seafood and traditional dim sum offerings. The spacious interior is elegant yet comfortable, making it a great spot for family gatherings or weekend brunches. Dim sum is served daily, with carts rolling out classics like har gow, siu mai, and steamed rice rolls, all made with skill and care. For dinner, the menu highlights live seafood options such as lobster, king crab, and geoduck, often prepared with garlic, ginger, or black bean sauce.

Signature dishes include the baked lobster with noodles, Peking duck served in two courses, and their steamed whole fish. Service is generally efficient, though the restaurant can get very busy during peak hours, so reservations are recommended. The atmosphere is lively, with the sounds of bustling conversations and clinking teacups filling the room. Prices are moderate for a seafood-focused restaurant, and portions are generous.

Tin Tin Seafood Harbour balances traditional flavors with consistent quality, making it a go-to choice for those craving authentic Hong Kong-style Chinese cuisine in the Vancouver area. Whether you’re in the mood for a casual dim sum lunch or a lavish seafood feast, Tin Tin delivers a satisfying experience.
