don’t eat here or you’ll have dog hair and dog dandruff in your food. Big time violation of Utah health code laws. Some of us have allergies and don’t want an animal being held OVER the food. Do better chipotle, the employees were looking right at it and did nothing. Dogs don’t belong near food.

So tired of this place and its horrible service … the fact that I had to delete my old review to rewrite a new one… can’t get through to a person on the phone. If your job is to hear what I want to eat… then freaking listen… dude put 3 wrong things on my order infront of me and then still forgot to add protein on the kids meal after rushing me like there’s a line when there 4 people in the entire restaurant. Really annoys me that yall are rushing,not listening, the freaking door handle is dirtier than anything and I’m just extremely fed up with this place. Every single time there’s issues… it’s a basic job? If you hate your life and don’t want to work there… LEAVE, it’s not the customers fault you hate your job it just becomes our problem! He has now made my husband & I’s orders twice – his portions are by far the best & he ensures that he is putting all the right things on. I dont know what the bad reviews are about, this is the best Chipotle in the Valley. I literally drive passed 3 other ones to come to this one. They DO NOT skimp on food, EVEN ON ONLINE ORDERS. Its always consistent and you get more for your money than any other location ive been to. 10/10

My mouth got stabbed by a sharp bone shard in the chicken. Also pulled out a lot of cartilage. Honestly the chicken is so low quality it should be ground up and out into dog food. Not safe to eat. I’ve been to this location multiple times and I always find questionable things in my chicken.

I know you can only get so far by reviewing a chain restaurant, but the food here is rough. The chips have enough salt to kill an elephant and are inedible And the same can be said of most of their dishes. I feel like just about any comparable place has similar prices and better food.

First time coming here, they said they didnt have the meat I wanted for another 3 days, so I got something else, then I asked for the lemonade they had on their menu, they said they were out. K cool.
About 2 months later: came inside to order and they no longer let you order in person, only online. What?!?! So you have to stand there, get your phone out, order online, and wait.
