Great food! We have to get fish tacos here every time we’re at the pier. Food is fantastic and big portions. Even more wonderful, while I was eating with my family, one of the workers came out with some free samples of new sweet treat creations for us to try! Truly memorable and delicious experience!

One of our favorite spot ! Every year we came here to relax ! I i am in love with Oceanside and my Daughter love to try the locals food trucks! This is one where we return with pleasure and this year the food was much tasty & Better! They make all Fresh and I am happy not so many frozen products ! The chef Daniel surprised me with this Burger !

Brought the family to the Tin Fish for dinner. It was delicious and HUGE! The fish was perfectly fried. Tender and delicious. NOT a beer batter which I like. The waffle fries were good and plentiful. The shrimp and calamari were cooked perfectly and paired well with all of the house made sauces. We had so much food that we had to take boxes home and had a whole extra meal for the next day! The kicker is, for everything being fried, it WAS NOT GREASY. This means they change their oil and cook at the right temps!
Finished the meal off with some smoothies, ice cream and one of the best churros I’ve had in a long time! Plenty of cinnamon and sugar.
The place was clean the staff was very friendly. I’m definitely looking forward to going back to try some other stuff and that cheeseburger burrito.

been a customer since you open your doors. the food was top notch. always perfectly seasoned and cooked. being the son of a seafood chef i fell in love with your food. and its been a while sinse i got an order from you. yesterday i was looking for a seafood dinner that i could trust, and came upon your stablishment. disappointment hit me on the first bite. the shimp was overcooked and overseasoned. i just got home from from heart surgery so salt wasnt what i expected. it seems that the longer restaurants are in businees the quality of their food goes to hell . and yours took that turn. in my opinion whoever you have running your kitcken doesnt give a darn about what you started. overcooked and overseasoning is a sign of not caring, you should start over . cause right now your food does not reflect the care and taste of your earlier sucess.

outdoor food truck vibe place. fish was great and portions are big for reasonable price for a city. clam chowder was fresh and hot. we got the classic fish and chips and also salmon tacos. the tacos are huge and one should be enough for lunch. we got things to share tho

The Tin Fish was surprisingly delicious I had a massive fish taco (cod). The location is superb. The staff is nice and friendly. The service is fast and you don’t have to wait to long for the your order to be called up. I really enjoyed the taco on a flower tortilla with the white creme salsa and cheddar.

We were there yesterday and had dinner for my husband’s 42nd birthday. The man who took our order was so nice and gave us a discount and then I ended up giving it right back to him in a tip. Our food was so good and made fast too so we didn’t have to wait very long. We were starving so we were glad about that too. We decided that Tin Fish will be our go to spot in Oceanside each time we visit there. Glad we got there when we did because the line got long as we were eating which proved how amazing they truly are. Thank you Tin Fish!

So I’m from the Midwest and don’t eat on the beach often, but retirees on the boardwalk recommended the place. My fish was cooked really well. Good fries and cold slaw and enjoyed the vanilla milkshake. Menu has lots of options with different sized portions. Picnic tables were all clean. Staff was friendly. Would recommend.
