Unfortunately was served raw chicken they removed it from my bill didn’t comp my drink though, thought that was odd. Honestly got little to no reconciliation for such a disgusting health violation.

Food was very good with way too many French fries. My fried Haddock was very good cooked perfectly. Coleslaw was perfect. Ruben was great. Only a minor problem it should have been toasted a little more. I ate in front of the restaurant they had tables because it was kinda dark inside the restaurant . Good prices, especially for the portions. I would highly recommend going to Three Sisters Cafe.

The steak was raw. Not well done. The home fries taste like shrimp which means the grease is old. The manager was no where around. Even the coffee was old.
Don’t waste your time energy or money.
Staff doesn’t take pride in there service

We stopped here for the breakfast buffet while in town for a conference and the food and service were delicious. The waitress was able to answer all of our questions and when I said I was not able to eat the pork sausage due to an intolerance, she offered to have the kitchen make turkey sausage for me (most places don’t even offer that option and just say oh sorry). The next day my family went back for breakfast while I was in class and continued to receive great service and great food. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town

Never at any time have I been asked for ID to use my card to pay at a restaurant. I ate after being on the gaming floor, since I am staying in the hotel, I do not carry my entire purse/ wallet. The server says if you have a photo. I go on my Google Photos and I show that since she asked. Server leaves, Manager comes and says we don’t take photos. I said that was the servers idea!!! I said you really want to me to go upstairs to my room to get my ID.???? Yes….First off that is stupid, I could have not come back! Insane… first of all I manage payments for a high level organization including chargebacks. No restaurant is IDing ppl to get revenue. They have better things to do like make food that actually tastes good and give quality service.

Then when I came back down, she had the nerve to get smart and say Im sorry we have rules you have to follow. I wanted to knock her head off because that was passive aggressive and you are the manager are you kidding??? You better be glad I’m an honest person and I came back down.

For that I paid and left no tip. I will be doing a chargeback! Expect it Seneca…$50 for chicken tenders, potatoe skins and harrassment, I could have had cheaper better service at Chilis. I will be at Turning Stone from herein which is where I have been going lately anyway. The food is 100% better and the amenities. I felt profiled because Im black…I have been in this restaurant Xmas week, New year’s week twice, and go to Seneca Alleghany a few times per year. Never have I ever been asked for ID or so disrespected.

And the peach cobbler i ordered had RAW, UNCOOKED batter in it…. focus on that instead of profiling ppl.

Breakfast buffet is available; we only ordered from the menu. French toast with berry compote was extremely rich, sweet, and the ricotta stuffing was very dry.

Previously: Server Danine was excellent, and her friendliness made for a great dining experience. Beer cheese soup was delicious and would have it again. Club house sandwich was okay, nothing special for the cost, served with typical fries and a dill pickle spear. Be aware that Management charges an exorbitant fee to split a sandwich ($6) so suggest you DO NOT advise if you’re sharing a meal. The manager instructed us to simply ask for an additional plate in order to avoid this outrageous splitting meals cost in future.

We liked our server Danielle, and we had a nice time for lunch. The garlic parm cheese curds were delicious and the pierogis were tasty. We also enjoyed the pot roast, broccoli alfredo pasta, and french onion soup.

The grilled chicken was dry, and even after requesting a fresh piece, it was still too dry to eat. Unfortunately, the whole building smells like cigarette smoke, and this restaurant is just off the lobby, which made for a quite unpleasant experience.

The food here is great! Every thing was cooked well. The only annoying thing is if you park in the garage you have to walk around the building if you aren’t 21. If you are 21 you can walk through the casino, other than that no complaints, definitely would go back just for the club sandwich and wings!

If I was the chef here I would be embarrassed!! I can cook better than this and no I am not a chef. Me and my husband tried the ribs. They came out completely dry with a little squirt of bbq sauce down the width. My husband had decent sized ribs. Mine were thinner than the fries on plate! The coleslaw tasted like freezer burn and was still slightly frozen in the middle. Quality of food has drastically gone down here.
