I have worked in food industry for over 3 years so i hate to complain but i am writing this. i wish i’d been there because i would not have gone home with this bowl. my dad picked up a steak asada bowl with lettuce, tomato cheese and rice and then a burrito. in my bowl there was absolutely less than a handful of lettuce, barely any steak and mostly rice and tomato. my dad even commented the employee seemed “dead” which is unusual to say. i worked at a restaurant near this chipotle and this is not the first time i’ve heard things about this restaurant sadly.

Picked up a mobile order and they left it out on the shelf because the receipt with my name wasn’t on the bag. The cashier who seemed to be annoyed with having to do something figured it was still being made before realizing it was actually my order after a few minutes.
When I started eating, the burrito was not only cold from sitting out for so long but was made with LESS THAN HALF of the ingredients I ordered. Employees forgot all three salsas, cheese and fajitas. What they made was a disgusting slop of: chicken, rice, lettuce, and sour cream that I had to throw out after a few bites and seeing everything left out.

We’ve been here several times and every time it’s dirtier and dirtier. Granted, they are busy on Saturdays, but it’s clear that zero effort is made to clean the dining room, or restroom, or drink station, or any other location, throughout the day. This past time, I finally had an employee wipe down a table for me, and when I pointed out that every other table needed wiping down, she shrugged and went back to hanging out behind the counter.
I get that it’s a busy location, but then they need extra staffing for the weekend to keep up, and frankly, better overnight cleaning as well. There’s no way that some of this gets so dirty just in one morning.
I’ve spoken to shift managers more than once about this over the past several months but I think they must need some more support so I’m finally just posting this in hopes that someone pays attention.

My latest visit to Chipotle was thoroughly disappointing, a stark departure from the satisfying experiences I had in the past. The chicken bowl, which I usually relish, came with a scanty serving of chicken, hardly justifying the $17 price tag.
Regrettably, when I approached the staff to rectify the error, I was met with indifference. Their concern seemed to pivot away from delivering quality service towards extracting more money from me. They demanded an additional $3.85 to correct their own mistake, a proposition that left me baffled.
The culmination of the experience was paying over $21 for a less than satisfactory meal, served with a side of distressingly poor customer service. It’s a disheartening scenario to face from a brand I once held in high regard.
The staff’s lack of empathy and the diminished portion size on this visit compel me to rate this experience as a 1-star. I hope to see Chipotle focus more on the quality and quantity of their meals, and most importantly, reestablish a service ethos that values the customer.

ZERO STAR! TERRIBLE SERVICE! Why do you think a place gets 5 star or 4.5 or even 4*? Quality of customer service! This place needs a new Manager and a new team running the place. Very rude employees. Serving size is not correct for the price we paid. The place is dirty and not good for eating here. We are better off if you can find some robots who can serve us food. I get lunch here all the time. Today I figured I could place an order though door dash for pickup so I could just have the food ready by the time I got there. Well I got there and waited for 15min for my food while the store was completely empty. Got my food and it was wrong of course. Then figured Id just eat it anyway. Well they skimped me on meat and I got like 4 piece it was all rice.
No worries right I can just go though door dash support maybe get some money back. Well these idiots are so inept and lazy they wont tell door dash the item has been picked up. I can’t even go though door dash support until they do that. It’s disingenuous and lazy of you to fill to go orders with nothing but rice. I wont be coming back again there’s so many better options.

Staff was rude especially the female cashier who just walked away while my order was on the counter. The only nice person was a tall skinny young man making the food. Every table was dirty and the fountain machine was out of multiple drinks. Garbage cans were overflowing. This place needs management and good help

Smells horribly by the drink fountains because it’s near their filthy bathrooms.
LOOK AT THE GARBAGE BINS.
They didn’t melt the cheese on the quesadilla for my daughter. We asked for another one. It came even less melted. No location makes it like this for the kids meal.
They had NO FORKS.
This location gives chipotle a horrible name. I will never be back here. Ever. Go to another one near by

Normally I am really happy with this location but today is by far the worst experience I have ever had. I was told that there would be no white rice for a half hour so I just got the brown and as the employee was putting my meat on, there is white rice. I was like ok no big deal. After that he that same employee gave me like 3 small pinches of my carnitas. I then ordered chips and did not receive them at all. I tried to call but the answering machine won’t let you be specific and when i finally got through I called twice and didn’t have the phone picked up twice. When I tried the chat ang she says I need a receipt and I never received one. Also there is a whole have of an avocado in my large guac which costs 6.50. Safe to say I’m very disappointed. I’ve had issues where I had something wrong but I was always able to get through and they fixed it. I love chipotle and this is a big issue. The only good thing out of this was they gave me a lot of cheese and I like their cheese.
