I ordered 3 drinks for delivery. Only 2 was given to the driver. I called the store and spoke with Gracen. She said they couldn’t do anything about replacing the order. I called uber uber stated they ca. Only refund the item.

Wanted a light lunch today and their bowls were the perfect size for that. And reasonably priced. Decided on the Citrus Teriyaki Glaze which came out in no time. It was hot, made with fresh ingredients, and contained a unique sweet n sour flavor to it. Actually, Tin Drum just has its own unique style to everything they do I guess lol Great customer service from the staff too. Looking forward to trying other menu options in the near future.

I love Tin Drum! I am happy say that I returned recently with friends and family to be greeted by real cashiers taking orders and the restaurant was filled with seemingly happy customers. Thank you to management for hearing the feedback and making changes. And… a HUGE thanks to the employees who were working last weekend, you guys were hustling and the food was on point! Angel has taken my and my father’s order countless times and every time he goes above and beyond in giving us awesome service, remembering details about our orders, and greeting us with kindness. 10/10 experience always.

Absolutely everything on the menu is amazing. I’ve tried nearly every item and each was 100% satisfying. They serve so fast and their staff is generally pleasant. I’ll definitely keep coming back. 10/10. 100% recommend.

Went to get boba here tonight and they did not put the seal on top of any of the 3 drink I got correctly, causing them to leak. Additionally, I ordered 2 brown sugar milk teas, and they added only whole milk with NO tea to the drink. I basically received whole milk in a cup. Horrible taste and workers seemed confused on how to even make any of the drinks I ordered. Would not reccommend this place for boba.
