Went there this past weekend to see my siblings for the first time in years since I live in Florida, and honestly, the service, patience of our waitress, and food were all top notch. I’m not too familiar with Keno, as well, and our waitress was more than happy to explain everything and let us take our time. With 8 of us to a table, service was quick and attentive, and I absolutely love the building this restaurant is in. Thank you for making this experience one to remember!

They have great options for wings. They have either boneless or meatless, because they were cooked to extinction. Cheeseless blue cheese, it’s just the goo with essence of blue. A tray of wings without anything else. They put more effort into their wipeboard advising guests to have low standards or leave and come back when those standards are lower. Thank goodness for them there aren’t many options locally. Nothing like being served by someone still thinking masks serve a purpose… maybe the lack of oxygen is why they can only make a couple of trips to your table. Service with a smi… um… bill at the end. An atmosphere of casual disappointment. It was not busy and still extremely slow, no reason for motivation when there is an excuse is made for them. Cue the snarky reply from an unaccountable owner.

Wings were fried to the bone…as in…no meat left. Service was not pleasant nor remotely timely(guess that’s why they have a large whiteboard basically stating “we’re big and slow and if ya don’t like it, go F off somewhere else”)

Worst experience ever. Took over an hour to get out food. Two different margaritas were ordered, both tasted awful. Not sure what your using for alcohol but tequila was not in either of those. They didn’t offer to put salt or anything on the rim, yet the table next to us got salt on theirs. The food came out cold!! Ice cold, the steak and cheese that came out was supposed to have peppers, it had 1 that was half of a sliver. The waitress argued with us about one of the orders, she said their was no spice but the chicken fingers had some kind of spice on them. People have dietary issues and that is why we ask questions before ordering. To argue with a customer is just wrong. Won’t be going back again.

We were there today for a drink and a few rounds of pool for Father’s Day. Had an appetizer which came out quickly and drinks that were delicious and refreshing (they even accommodated my pregnancy by making me a mocktail thank you Sheila!) These folks always work hard even when they are straight out!

Service is not the best here. Takes forever to get your order or for them to even come take your order. Food is meh. I will say the soft pretzel was delicious but other than that the rest of our order wasn’t that great. Waitstaff seems nice but not very attentive at all.

Perfect place for date night / family night/ drinks with the ladies/ whatever you want/need!! We love this place and plan to continue going back! Also love all that they do for the community and the fact they always seem to treat all their staff with utmost respect. 10/10 recommend in this family!!!!

One of the worst restaurant experiences we’ve ever had…….it took nearly 20 min just to get drinks delivered to our table, nearly every drink on the menu ordered was ‘out’. Our food came out 45 min after ordering, appetizers and main dishes at the same time, cold, some dishes with melted plastic marinara cups and any time we needed our waitress we had to find her and ask or call her over for her assistance. She never asked how anything was or checked on our table. The two bills came after asking with items mixed up, a card machine was left on the table for us to pay but locked so there was no way to access our bill and our waitress was again no where to be found, we sat for another 20min waiting. If I was a dishonest customer I would have walked out without paying and without a tip. Also note there were only 3 full tables most of the time we were there. Busy was not an excuse for this experience, and even if it had been theres still no excuse for the service we received. I wouldn’t call it overpriced as I’m always willing to shell out the money for good food, this was not it! I’d like to say maybe we’d try it again and hope our experience would be different because everyone deserves a second chance but that’s doubtful. Incredibly disappointed!
