I’m not usually one to go out of my way to write bad reviews, but hopefuly it’ll help other people be aware…I bought two hashbrowns and a large caramel latte yesterday. I couldn’t eat the hashbrowns because they tasted strongly like chemicals somehow. I took a bite or two before throwing it out, it was that inedible. I’ve had them before, they don’t usually taste like that. The coffee tasted really stale and off with a strange aftertaste. Mentioned it to someone I knew and they shared their experience with me about the place. I’m sorry but I don’t think I’ll be back. I don’t want to get sick.

We visited Tim Hortons, and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional! We had breakfast, and our food was ready in less than 3 minutes. Everything was fresh and delicious, and the employees served us with big smiles. Great service and a great start to the day, thank you, Tim Hortons team!

I have been coming here for a while it used to not be my favorite stop but lately it has been great I notice alot of reviews talking about the employees are not nice I’ve never had an issue with that they have been more then respectful, and my drinks and whatever I get are made properly think I’ve only ever had one issue and it was fixed immediately also being respectful goes a long way if your order is messed up be polite I notice customers freaking out when they should calm down this happens when its super busy and the employees work efficiently as possible. I am a local business owner and love this place especially if having a rough morning they know how to make me laugh thank you!

We have been there a few times, and everytime we have asked for xtra of anything we have gotten hardly any.
We paid almost 15 dollars for 2 bagels toasted with extra cream cheese and 2 doughnuts. When we got the order there was nearly no cream cheese on them and they were not toasted.
This has been one of the worst locations we have been to. Service is quick but food quality and products are horrible. Would recommend the 20 minute drive to the one in tecumseh instead.

I love coffee. I love espresso. I hate ordering coffee with espresso and just not getting it. Constantly. So lazily stealing my money, instead of giving me what I paid for.
This is one of those fast food places you go back to every couple weeks because they’ll have a completely different staff.

I ordered a vanilla iced coffee with three cream and sugar with extra vanilla and there’s barely any ICE in my iced coffee ♀️ and the sugar wasn’t added. It tastes foul!

We went there with my husband to get a dozen of donuts. I pointed to the girl on the counter which ones we liked and she went inside to get a box to put them in. At that time the other lady (she was working at the drive-through) took one of the donuts we chose. I told her that we already ordered this one but she very rudely replied to me that it had already been paid for at the drive-through. I said Ok, I will choose another one. The girl who was serving us came back and said that they did not have large boxes and asked us if she could pack them in 2 smaller boxes. I said it’s fine. She put some donuts in one of the boxes and some in the second one. My husband asked if there were 12 donuts altogether. The other lady came to the counter, grabbed the boxes slammed them in front of my husband on top of their display case, and said here are your donuts, six in one box and six in the other. My husband opened the top box and counted the donuts and they were five. He turned the box to her and asked – Do these look like six to you? She said – which one you are missing?
We didn’t know how to reply to that question. We just looked at each other. My husband asked what he was supposed to do with this box. At that moment instead of apologizing for the mistake, she said that she was not serving us anymore and we had to leave the store because she was going to call the police. We didn’t have the slightest idea what we had done wrong and why she was threatening us with the police. We just wanted to buy a dozen of donuts. I asked her if she was the manager and she said – yes, and you never come here again. My husband tossed the box with the donuts back on the display case and pulled me out. There were other customers in the store watching this. It was embarrassing. She made us feel like criminals for pointing out that they were giving us 11 instead of 12 donuts. This happened on December 31st. She completely destroyed our day and our New Year’s mood.
Even if someone pays me to go back to this place, I will never go there.
The lady manager there is the rudest person I have met in my life. She should not be allowed to work with customers.

This location is very different from every other TH I have visited in several states and Ontario. The service makes you feel like you’re an inconvenience to them. One employee told me there were limits on how many donuts I could have. The lobby has never been open any time I stopped by. I will keep going Sylvania instead; they are cheerful, and can get me exactly what I would like.
