Store manager and owner’s wife are very un-friendly. I will not buy my coffee from this store. They talk very insultly. I can never get consistant of my coffee every day. All I ask regular coffee with double -suger and double cream, I can not get same taste. Many times, creams tastes so bad, we had to ask replacement of coffee, Everyday, some or other, I would more or less, NO consistancy. You would think, being Franchise would have some kind of consistancy! Not in this store

The day manager at this location is ridiculously rude and provides terrible service. We parked in the lot and attempted to enter the store but found the doors locked, despite the flashing OPEN sign. There was nothing at all posted about the lobby suddenly being closed. Odd, but instead we decided to try the drive-thru, where I ordered 4 doughnuts. Then we got our order, paid, and drove off. Near Haggerty and 10 Mile, I asked my daughter to check the order, and sure enough it was incomplete. There were only 3 doughnuts. We flipped a U-turn, drove back, and waited in the drive-thru line again. The woman taking orders apologized and said that she misheard us and only charged us for 3, but we can have the missing doughnut free due to the error. That seemed nice and totally reasonable. I prepare some more cash to increase the tip and pull up to the window. But instead I’m “greeted” by the awful manager who immediately takes a tone and demands $1.79 for the missing doughnut, no apologies for the error. Apparently she thinks that I am doing all of this driving back and forth with my daughter to scam Tim Horton’s out of a single $1.79 doughnut, while also tipping. Makes sense. Of course, she refused to honor what the order taker said, so I handed over more cash as she made a weird point of stating how I have to pay the full $1.79. The comment prompted me to ask about my change that I didn’t collect before. Getting even more belligerent, she snaps: “Well you drove off! Do you want that change back, my man?!”

Don’t work here!!!! The employees are under 30 and don’t know how to speak proper English and tell you to just deal with it, they have a clock on the wall for timing transactions, 11 seconds for drive thru and 15 seconds for the lobby. I was fired for being slow because I ask the customers, how’s your day going, it took up too much time on the clock, I would receive $5 tips that I had to share, I’m 68, needing extra income and was fired so they could hire a 15 year old, told I’m to slow but I kept up with their every step, cleaned their store because it’s filthy and youngsters don’t clean up, filthy grill, food storage, counter fridges, lobby and bathrooms. I had to put a star to post otherwise there would not be one!

Bad customer service from the young lady with the long white nails at the drive thru window.j My order was wrong, but I was patient because everyone makes mistakes right… why did the young lady get upset because she got my order wrong… then I asked for a ketchup, and she got mad about that too. Ma’am don’t work in public if you prefer not to deal with people. I’ll never visit this location again. Ugh, bad customer service is something I prefer NOT to pay for.

How is it this tim Hortons can charge $5.29 for a large ice coffee??? All the other Tim Hortons are $3.40.. Such a rip off. I might as well go to Starbucks at this price. I seen a Tuna Sandwich on their menu is $10.49 I’m not paying $10 for half sandwich. This place just price gouges everyone.

The dinning room is clean and service at the counter was decent but I’ve never had anything but issues with the drive through. I’ve been to this location multiple times and have always left with something missing from my order. I’ve also had to sit at the drive through mic for an extended period of time on both slow and busy days waiting for someone to be available.
