The service and food quality in this restaurant are going down the hill, consistently. We stopped there last time to buy food for 3 people. To stay on a healthier side I personally ordered salad with strawberries. It was not just bad but awful! Strawberries were half rotten, salad wilted with some rotten black leaves as well. Meat was disgusting and dry. I could not even eat a half of the salad… Before throwing it away, I decided to show it to the personnel. The guy at the counter called another one, who looked at the “salad” and shrugged. Nothing else, no apologies or sorry, no offer of at least a partial refund. 0. I guess a “0” business going to come their way from us as well moving forward.

It’s small and dirty. There were two clients I there at 7 pm. The food came out quickly. The service was “eh”. Very modern looking though and they may want to consider cleaning and spending some money on marketing to bring people in. It’s in a perfect location with low competition. They could do a lot better.

Got one of the pretzel bacon pub burgers from this place and it was almost inedible. The patties were dryer than a brand new shamwow and the onion rings were completely stale and soggy. The cheese sauce was flipped all on one side of the burger and the pretzel bun was squashed flat. Talk about a disgusting gut bomb. The fries had a ton of salt dumped on top of them and when you got past the ones in the top of the container, the rest had virtually no salt.

Not sure if it’s a staff shortage, very slow service. I went inside to order, saw from inside, drive thur was getting crowded. After serving one person inside, the manager would say the machine is rebooting. Not sure if he was making this up while trying to serve drive thru. As I was leaving, customer in drive thru was also leaving.

Slumlord franchise owners, consistently the worst Wendy’s. They will serve you anything here, old and cold nothing goes in the trash. If you want to eat Wendy’s here then you have to make them prepare it fresh. Wendy’s is premium prices…

It’s Wendy’s so expect some sub par food but the service was pretty quick. But what really amazed me was the decor, I mean look at the place. I was too distracted by this modern window panel right smack dab in the middle, that it was my turn in line and I didn’t even realize! My chicken nuggets were good, but what’s better is the checkered style tile floor, clean as a whistle. Thanks architects!

Customer service can Improve here. Generally very crowded as this is the only fast food place around and because of that I feel management takes issues for granted. They can certainly hire few more people for help as drive through backs up big time during busy lunch and dinner times. They newly renovated and made interior very contemporary. Once the service improves this will be a good place for your visit.
