The bad interaction of this location is awful, heard and saw a manager/(child of owner)/employee berating a drive through window employee, totally unnecessary and was pointed out as so. Stopped again today, had to go back through the drive through for a missing drink. The “dusted” fries had clumps of some product… pictured, the takis chips were not included. Honestly I’d find another option for a quick lunch or drive through.

It’s small and dirty. There were two clients I there at 7 pm. The food came out quickly. The service was “eh”. Very modern looking though and they may want to consider cleaning and spending some money on marketing to bring people in. It’s in a perfect location with low competition. They could do a lot better.

Just ordered two jr bacon cheesburgers and while I did get both of them they were plain, seems to be some stuff missing. I really used to like wendy’s I probably won’t be back.

Picked up two meals today. I went at 11 expecting for everything to be fresh. The food was not good at all, actually it was awful. The burger patties were old, cold and had no flavor. The cheese wasn’t melted at all. We got three burgers, all of which had hard bread, like the buns were left out all night. The fries tasted like the frier oil hadn’t been changed in forever. Terrible waste of money, will not be back.

Update:

I tried again today and it was terrible again. This location should be shut down. The fries were overcooked and stale, the lettuce in the burger was packaged shredded lettuce instead of iceberg lettuce, the wait was long even though there was practically no business. This place is just a dump. Close it or get new management.

Original review:

I stopped going to McDonald’s and Burger King over a year ago because of poor service, and I’m officially adding Wendy’s to that list.

I kept Wendy’s around longer because I thought the food was better than the others, but the service has become unbearable — specifically regarding condiments. It has become a constant frustration to receive my order without being offered ketchup or other condiments, forcing me to ask every single time. I even started buying ketchup at the store just to avoid the aggravation.

Tonight was the last straw. After asking for ketchup again at the drive-thru, the cashier actually told me I should mention ketchup when placing my order next time so it can be tracked in their inventory system. So not only do employees not offer condiments, but now I’m expected to bring it up early so it can be logged for “packet tracking.” That is absurd, insulting, and a perfect example of putting petty cost-cutting policies over basic customer service.

Meanwhile, I’ve found better alternatives. BurgerIM near my home serves fresher food at about the same price, never gives me cold fries, and — imagine this — they use common sense and ask if I’d like condiments based on my order. They even included a $5 coupon in my bag on a recent visit. If they can offer thoughtful service, why can’t Wendy’s, McDonald’s, or Burger King?

With prices climbing so much, I can also get Korean, Thai, or Indian food for the same price as a Wendy’s meal — and the experience is consistently better. Being told I need to “plan ahead” just to get ketchup, while still paying premium prices for cold fries, is ridiculous.

Contrast this with Taco Bell and Chick-fil-A: they don’t take their customers for granted. Every time I visit, the service is respectful, the food is hot, and condiments are offered without me begging for them as the drive-thru window shuts in my face.

I don’t believe for a second that Wendy’s leadership is unaware of this stinginess with condiments, but I want to make it clear: I will never visit Wendy’s again. Just like McDonald’s and Burger King, you’re on my permanent “never” list now.

Your focus on tracking ketchup packets for bonuses or cost savings shows how far Wendy’s has drifted from valuing its customers. It’s not business — it’s penny-pinching, short-sighted, and disrespectful.

Update 3/20/2019
The fries and the tenders were really dirty brown today. We tossed most of our fries. Please change the oil in the fryer! I will think twice before going back to this place.

I really like the burgers from here when it’s hot and fresh. Unfortunately, that’s not the case every time. You will see long wait time at the drivethrough during peak hours. One thing that annoys me the most is that they will pretend to take the promo code from the Wendy’s app but not apply the discounts. I dismissed it the first time as a mistake but they seem to be doing it consistently. Last night, they told me a lower total after pretending to apply the promo code then charged me full price. And of course they didn’t put any sauces in my order with 20 piece nuggets.. Double check your order and the receipt before you leave the pick up window.

Just had a hair in one of my burgers.. just got two daves single(two for $7) and two daves double..then there was a hair in one of daves single. not even placed in the edge it was literally inside the burger.

Update: Both me and my cousin had diarrhea around 3am for a couple of hours.. Due to the concern of food safety, may not visit this any more.

I feel like this place came under new management a couple of years ago, and it’s been awful ever since. It always seems chaotic in there, always problems with orders, and always some issue with the food. Today, I finally decided to write a review after a 14-year-old handed me the large frosty that I ordered in a cup where only 2/3 of it was filled, then shut the window on me. Glad I paid the extra money for the large so that I could receive a small. Just stay away; there’s another Wendy’s a couple of miles away off of Loudoun County Parkway.

Decent location. Always drive thru so I can’t say how clean it is inside. My one issue is that for the last couple months or so they seem to be making everyone pull up and then they are bringing out the orders. I feel like this is so they can make it seem like they are completing orders faster than they actually are. They never seem to take all that long so I’m not sure why they are doing this but it’s kinda annoying because they just hand the orders over and leave so if you have an issue or you’re missing something you have to go in or drive thru again.

Excellent. Clean and professionally run Wendy’s. Was absolutely starving and sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit delivered. Strong recommend.
