Hands down the worst Tim Horton’s I’ve ever been to. The espresso machine is always down and today a line of cars sat in the drive thru and no one ever answered on the speaker. They were clearly open and had customers inside, but no one working the drive thru. There also wasn’t a sign posted saying that the drive thru was closed so everyone just drove away after a few minutes at the speaker. I will definitely take my business to a better Tim Horton’s.

Came through the drive thru this morning on May 21st and the employee Lashondra taking my order was rather rude. I informed her I had a Tim Hortons reward card for a free any size beverage, I asked for a large vanilla Iced Cappuccino and she said “that’s not on there” even though the card has no restrictions or exclusions. Then I asked for a pretzel bagel, that was coming up on the Tim’s app for that location and she said in a snide tone “don’t have those”. I was going to order the western bites but after the interaction with her I didn’t want anything. I decided to pull around to come inside and show her the card I had and the doors were locked. Will never return to this location and I highly recommend finding another store.

Very disappointed I wish I could give 0 ⭐️ I was waiting in line to place an order for take out and there was 4 employees working and did not bother to ask me what I wanted to order. I was waiting patiently for few minutes and seeing them only taking care of drive thru customers and then I asked if they were taking orders from inside or just drive thru only and they said I will have to wait. I literally waited 10 minutes and then finally they took my order and most of the stuff was not ready and the donuts I ordered they were not fresh also and on top of that I ordered half a dozen donuts which included Boston crème and honey crullers they put them in a brown bag and when I got home the chocolate melted from the Boston crème went on the other donuts which I had ordered plain. I was not satisfied with their service at all. Very disappointing.

I used to come here everyday before work and I guess they changed all staff and the girls are so rude, my coffee is always wrong, and all their breakfast sandwiches taste stale. One morning I got a plain toasted bagel they said and the window $3 something and then said $7 something at the window and then they had me pull up and wait 5 minutes and my bagel wasn’t even toasted. I am never coming back again! This is ridiculous

I switched to this Tim Hortons because their service was always exceptional, but today was not so good. Order a meal, the croissant was burnt horribly and the hashbrown was tossed in the bag without its own sleeve. Everyone has a rough start to the day now and then, I guess today is mine.

Will not order delivery from here anymore, it gets screwed up every time and they never update the app to say whether or not something is not in stock so they just replace it with whatever. It’s very hit and miss, some staff are great and some are really not. I stop at this place at least once a week, I just wish they would get their stuff together. And please fix the parking lot!

Not trying to sound like the complaining type but when half your lunch menu is chicken makes no sense that you are out, especially in the beginning of the day. Also when you give a free ice cap, it shouldn’t have hair in it… no wonder it was free! SMH drive-thru was terrible service to no need to be sarcastic idc if it’s joking around.
