I’m very disappointed with my experience at this location. While placing my order, I observed employees handling pizza dough immediately after touching their shirt and pants, without washing their hands. I understand that gloves may not always be required, but proper hand hygiene absolutely is. Touching clothing and then handling food without washing hands is a basic food safety issue and honestly very unsanitary.
This made me extremely uncomfortable and concerned about the cleanliness standards being followed in the kitchen. Food safety should be taken seriously, and staff should be trained to wash their hands after touching anything other than food before returning to food preparation. I hope management addresses this and retrains employees, because this is not acceptable.

Always consistently great. Fast and friendly delivery drivers. Pizza is always hot. Their stuffed bread is amazing especially the bacon jalapeno. They do stuffed crust way better than pizza hut.

We have lived here 2.5 years and never had a good experience with this Dominos. Why do we keep ordering? Because we are a blended family and it’s cheap in a pinch, but I won’t be ordering from here anymore. The pizzas are rarely cut all the way through I honestly thought it was some running joke in cottage grove to deliver crooked poorly cut pizzas. Tonight tho we got the greasiest grossest pizza along with garlic bread that wasn’t cut? And the pasta I KNOW usually has way more in it. The only positive is the people who work there are nice, but I just can’t justify buying cheap food with poor quality. There’s 5 other pizza places in CG and at this point I’d rather spend a little more to get something that will be of better quality. 1 or 2 bad experiences is one thing but it’s been every single time and I’m done.

When ordering delivery, food is consistently wrong or there are toppings on the pizza’s we didn’t order with large bubbles in the dough and no sauces on the chicken. Wouldn’t recommend.

Im cracking up because I requested extra sauce (red sauce) and they doused my pizza in the garlic butter sauce instead. It was honestly the greatest pizza I have ever tasted but I will make sure that never happens again since each piece was probably 5,000 calories.

Ordered online for pick up. When we got home and opened the boxes, the pizzas looked very sloppy and I feel like I wasted so much money ordering from this location. The chicken was cold and the sauce was clearly just squirted on top of the chicken. Woodbury location set high expectations. Woodburys dominoes pizza was great! They actually seasoned the pizza crust like ordered. The chicken wings were tossed in the sauce before boxing. I will not be ordering from this (CG) location EVER again.

Got a medium pizza with onions and jalapenos as a treat. This location was kind enough to include free charring on my pie! Thanks, I guess. I realize this chain is way too popular for the staff to provide a quality product for every customer, and my product was probably a result of short staffing and overwork. To alleviate the burden and ensure that my fellow citizens can have more care and attention devoted to their pizzas, I’ll stop ordering from this chain. If I stop buying pizzas, then the staff will have more time to ensure that everyone else’s orders meets better standards. My pizza was mostly inedible and I am not even going to bother with the “pizza insurance” since there’s no point in me paying for another rushed half-hearted burnt pizza.

Worst experience ever with any pizza chain. Ordered a 10 piece boneless wing and when i inspected my order, there were only 9 total pieces and 4 of them were the size of a nickel. I immediately went inside the store to address this, and a younger heavier set woman basically told me that some pieces she counts as two, and that is the way it is. Very uncustomer service like! Do not recommend this location if this is the way the workers are.

My family and I ordered 5 pizzas and I found a hair in one of them. I proceeded to call the store and ask for a manager hoping to find a solution. However, after providing the phone number twice, they could not find our order. I also offered my order number, but was told the phone number was the only way they could find our order. After this, I confirmed that I did call the correct dominos location. When I asked if there was another solution, I was told that I could email the email address as the bottom of the receipt to “get a free pizza” (actual quote). Turns out, there wasn’t an email address at the bottom of our receipt. All in all, I am extremely offended that throughout this call I was talked down to and that I was accused of unacceptable behavior. I am also hoping that my identity as a younger woman in her early twenties didn’t have anything to do with the free pizza comment, but frankly, I am unsure.
