I came through at 7:15 one car ahead of me, 1 car behind. NOT BUSY. I ordered a coffee and a sandwich. The coffee came out quickly. I was asked to pull around front for my sandwich and it would be brought out. I waited. Another car pulls up and waits. That driver got out after 2 mins and went in for her order. I went in after waiting 5 minute. There sat my sandwich cold. No one in the lobby but 2 employees were standing and talking to each other at the register. Horrible. Avoid this location.

I have complaints against Natalie and Brian the owner that do not appear to be getting addressed. Instead they delete my review. I was a coffee drinker with Hortons and after several phone calls that go unanswered to this establishment. And complaints filed through the Tim Hortons customer service number three times in the past 2-3 weeks which were supposedly escalated and I never received a return call or email, nothing. I am so done with Tim Hortons and it’s obvious they don’t care!

Every time I go here to order food it’s a big ordeal. They act like how dare I. They never have doughnuts and always ask me to pull around when I do order food. The manager is so rude. She had several people in there doing nothing laughing and joking. Tell me I’d have to wait 4 min for a egg sandwich so I said no egg. Then they still made me wait 5 minutes and asked me to pull around. I refused. And the manager threw my sandwich at me and told the employees next time do a refund and yelled at me and slammed the window. This is not the first time she has behave like this to me, but it is the time that I decided I would tell the world about it.

The women taking the order had a attitude and was questioning if I wanted my drink the original version or the way I asked. The wait was a while but thats no problem there, if the French vanilla cappuccino wasn’t water thin and flavorless and idk if the espresso was added or not.
