Every time I order bagels with cream cheese, they put 5 pounds of cream cheese on them. It’s always really sloppy and like they don’t give a crap. Then I go back and ask for a proper amount of cream cheese and it comes out and doesn’t have enough on it. It’s like nobody who works there has ever eaten a bagel with cream cheese before. Tina was nice about it, but this consistently happens. I don’t know why I keep wasting my money at Tim Hortons.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I’ve been receiving at your store. My experience has been consistently terrible, and it’s clear that the team here is not taking customer service or basic order accuracy seriously.

First, during one of my recent visits at the drive-thru, the staff member was outright rude. My order was already prepared, yet he told me to move forward and “wait near the door” for absolutely no reason. When I questioned it politely, he responded with more rude behavior and even walked away from the counter. This is completely unacceptable.

And today, things got even worse. I ordered a Bagel BELT with no bacon, and I specifically asked for only egg and cream cheese. I was even charged extra for the cream cheese—which I agreed to. But instead, I received a bagel with bacon added, the exact thing I asked NOT to have. What is the point of asking customers for their preferences if your team can’t follow basic instructions?

On top of that, your employees seem completely inattentive. The croissants are often over-baked, items are wrong, and no one seems focused on what they’re doing. It genuinely feels like the staff is half-asleep or simply doesn’t care.

Is this really the standard of service at Tim Hortons Plymouth?
Now I am left without a proper breakfast because of your team’s negligence. Who is responsible for fixing this? Will anyone step up to replace the food I paid for and couldn’t even eat?

Manager Tina needs to take responsibility for what’s happening in this store. It doesn’t look like she is enforcing quality, accuracy, or professionalism at all. When employees repeatedly ignore instructions and treat customers poorly, it reflects directly on management.

This experience is beyond frustrating, and your team needs a serious wake-up call.

Just moved to Plymouth. This is on my way to work every day. Normally would get coffee before work. Not here. The drive thru seems to be one customer at a time. Meaning you can’t order until car ahead leaves Tim Hortons. Takes 10 mins for a freekin cup of coffee with no wait.

The first time I went my breakfast sandwich was BURNT, I didn’t complain I thought maybe that’s how it’s supposed to be. (Literally my first time at Tim Hortons). Once I ate it, I realized it wasn’t edible. Decided to give them another try thinking maybe they just burnt that sandwich, went again today, sandwich BURNT and i knew I couldn’t eat it because I couldn’t eat that sandwich, so I went inside and asked the staff does the sandwich come burnt? Like is there a way for it to not be burnt and the lady was super nice and instructed the lady on how to remake my sandwich . But it was unacceptable of them to even give me that sandwich from the beginning. Staff friendly food TERRIBLE sadly. Guess you can’t have both .

They are supposed to be closed at 8. I was there at 7:15 trying to get there attention. They never even looked at me. Just sat in the back, hiding from their customers while eating a plate of bacon. Wednesday, January 3rd 2024.

Update…. Service has improved. Haven’t had any issues since.

This morning we ordered bacon, egg and cheese on english muffin from the drive through. When my brother took first bite of his sandwich he found out that bacon has mold on it.
This is the second occurrence, back in February my English muffin had mold. When I took that sandwich back, the manger was like we will keep an eye, so that this never happens again.
I’m a regular customer at this location from the past 10 years. I am very disappointed with the service recently.

This is a great Tim Hortons but unfortunately there are certain days and times when it’s just horrible (Monday and Sunday night shift) they disregard whatever you say and have an attitude for no reason. Won’t put the right amount of sugar or just give you straight black coffee. I’m hoping this review reaches to management because this place is actually good and should stay like that

This store still agitates me, first time I came here I asked for a “frozen lemonade” and was met with a response “we don’t have frozen lemonade and we’ve never had it” which felt like such unnecessary hostility, so I would go to the location a couple miles south.
Well my brother loves Tim Hortons and their coffee so when he came to town I brough him here because its the closest one to my house. Well we went in the store and to my surprise there’s a frozen lemonade machine right behind the register… I hold grudges so I can’t see this locations and not think about that. They get 3 stars because they have frozen lemonade but they don’t get 5 due to unnecessary hostility.
