I just had 2 espresso’s in a large cup, filled with ice. It’s always $1.90. But on one day, I got charged almost $4!! I didn’t say anything to her tho. But the last few times I was there, the girl was very rude. She was a bigger girl, in her 20s, with long nails. Not very friendly at all!! Didn’t even say anything to me, and when I said “have a nice day” she rolled her eyes.

The supervisor don’t know how to read on line order ,I have made the same on line orders daily ,I order 3 ex large 4 sugar 4 cream and she sent sugar packets and half n half creamer packets. And when I called the supervisor was down right rude and should not work in customers service, and told me to call back in the morning to talk manager . Not happy at all with the customer service all I wanted was a refund

Food is absolutely disgusting !!! Hash browns taste old. Speaker doesn’t work right, can barley hear what they’re saying. Worker taking drive through orders sounded miserable and was a bit pushy. Got to the window and they don’t say a single word to you. They started handing me stuff and walked away without saying if it was all my food or not. The one girl doing drive through orders was also more concerned about being on her phone.

Constantly disappointed with incorrect orders. No donuts available between 7 and 7:30 AM?! The bar for franchising Tim’s must be very low because two out-of three locations are notorious for poor service, maybe franchise owner needs to pay workers better in order to avoid this? The 24th street is by far the best and worth driving an extra 10-15 minutes out of the way in order to avoid disappointment or frustrations. Seriously though, no donuts or Timbits in the morning?!

Coffee that doesn’t cost your first born and comes in a large variety of ways. Bagels, donuts, sandwiches, avocado toast, and crustless egg bites on menu to name a few. I’ve only done drive thru the past few years, Corona remember, so can’t taste atmosphere.
