Trying Tim Horton for the first time, loved my vanilla cream cold brew. Wide variety of menu items. Amazing customer service, we were group of 20 people, I know it can get confusing and overwhelming but they took care of our orders with a great smile.

Some employees could seem to care less if they help you or not. They have yet to honor a deal in the App and simply don’t care and blame it on the App itself. The food and drinks are good but we simply will stop coming because of service and atmosphere.

I love Tim Hortons coffee! I swear it is hands down the best! I also love the sour cream Timbers..would be great if they sold a full size size sour cream donut. The staff is generally nice (for a college town). The line is usually huge, but they seem to work through it pretty fast, which is impressive.

Had a doordash to pick up, difficult because store employees don’t acknowledge customers. Waited 30 minutes and would not have got the order if I didn’t ask. There was food all over the floor, the panini* press was expelling a mist up to the ceiling where it was dripping back down to the prep table so there is clearly no ventilation there.

There’s never a good variety of Timbits when I order them. They’re mostly glazed & cake Timbits. Every once in a blue moon they’ll be a birthday cake Timbit thrown in but not consistently. I’ve never had a candy coated Timbit in any box that I’ve ordered either. SMH.

Terrible ordered on line no problem then when I got there they didn’t have the donuts I ordered and refused ( said they couldn’t reimburse me because I ordered on line) the app should not have allowed me to order them if they weren’t available for starters and secondly I should have been reimbursed on my c.c. but they said they couldn’t reimburse an online order and offered to give me something else I told them I didn’t want anything for replacement as my grandchildren only liked the donuts I ordered . So I left with nothing yet still was charged for the order I did Not get.Yes the gentleman at the window had a mellow polite voice and said ( sorry) but that does not fix the problem.
