I come here a lot as somebody who works morning shift & can’t go without a coffee. But some or one of the girls that works the mornings here is actually so rude over the headset it’s not even funny yet they are not like that to your face. They are always lovely at the window. So whoever is taking orders in the morning needs to have a better attitude. The experience I had this morning makes me never want to come back.

I come to this time hortons weekly. Very lucky to have a 24 hour drive through in our small town of portsmouth when much larger cities are even without them. I ordered a caramel mocha ice, cap, a chocolate milk, two orders of tidbits. The manager was nasty hateful rude then the girl at the window yelled at me and was rude. I then asked to speak to the manager and the manager even admitted she said Yep that was me acting that way I said you know what I’m calling corporate I’ve been called corporate in corporate filling did nothing I will never spend money there again for the treatment and service that I got and then to top it all off I didn’t even get the caramel in my drink and that is what I ask the lady at the window if she put caramel in it and she yelled at me and said yes and come to find out there was no caramel in it. They are very unprofessional, rude, hateful, and my service sucked and the whole order besides the chocolate milk which was already in a plastic jug so how could you go wrong with it and the glazed tidbits was good everything else was terrible. I will never go back very, very, very, very unprofessional and a waste of my money.

The morning shift with the manager named Teona was really rude to the other staff speaking in a belittling manner!!!! I was given a cap with grounds in it by Teona!!! Also she gave me a broken salted caramel cookie!!! Very disappointed!!! I won’t be back in if she is there… very unprofessional!!!!

greens in my drink? looks like lettuce. ordered a coffee and a cream cheese bagel, nothing to do with greens. looks like it was done intentionally and service took forever even though i was the only car in the drive thru and lobby is closed at 2 in the morning. Very dissatisfied
