I visited this location specifically to order two Medicine Balls, but instead I was given water and lemonade with peppermint syrup. It was definitely not what I asked for. I usually come in the mornings and the service is consistently better, but this particular visit was in the afternoon and the experience didn’t match what I’m used to. I hope this was just an off day, because the morning team normally does a great job.

It’s to early in the morning for attitudes. Decided to stop by the gonzales location instead I should have went to the one by five guys in baton rouge they have a better atmosphere and they are helpful. I was told they couldn’t blend my ice tea but the other locations had no problem doing it. I will not be returning to this location. The person taking the orders gave the headset to someone else.

I got talked to like a child I guess she assumed I was a kid considering I’m short. The lady
I’m guessing she was a mgr she was a barista making the frappe. it was an older lady name Deidra or something.
She was all annoyed. I asked for the chocolate drizzle on the top she got all mad and said”we don’t do that no more” that’s extra. I was like it never had been before a problem. then I heard her mumble under her breath saying I should’ve known that and sounded like she said something crazy and kinda inappropriate But the young girl who was the cashier was amazing and sweet.

Ordered an Americano, the easiest drink to make, I was the only one in the store and watched 3 employees on their phone for 15 minutes, got up and walked out when a male asked me if i ever received my drink, how do not notice the only person in your store hasn’t been served an item they paid for. Left without my drink, never again.

Only been to Starbucks a handful of times over the years. I decided to go two days in a row to Tanger. Andy was great and very helpful yet Jason made me go around again after ordering a drink for a friend just bc he claimed he can’t add anything (a sandwich) at the window. There was absolutely NOBODY in line! If I wasn’t getting something for a coworker, I would have left! I will never go back to this location again. The sandwiches aren’t good anyway. I’ll find a different place to get my coworkers coffees.

Terrible experience here. I get the same coffee every time and they mess it up..every time and then have the worst attitude when asked to fix it. Customer service is a 0 because they try to glare at you and intimidate you by asking for what you’re paying for to be made correctly. If you don’t like your job in CUSTOMER SERVICE then don’t show up . 10/10 would NOT recommend this location

No wait to order inside so that’s a plus but I always feel like they go slower making the inside orders vs the drive thru. I swear the car that was at the speaker had they items before I made it out and that’s with 3 other cars in front them.

I normally love Starbucks and the locations back home are always friendly and accommodating. If I ever forget something, they kindly let me add it at the window without an issue. Unfortunately, this location was the complete opposite.

When I asked to add to my order at the window, the barista was rude and flat-out refused, claiming it was “peak hour.” It most definitely was not, there were no long lines or busy rush to justify the attitude. Instead of providing the same great customer service I’ve always experienced elsewhere, I was dismissed and made to feel like an inconvenience.

Starbucks is known for consistency and kindness, but this store failed to represent that standard. Very disappointing visit.
