A couple months ago, my husband and I moved to the country on the far side of Troy and decided this morning to venture over to the Englewood Tim’s for a change. Now if you’re from Troy, you know the Tim Horton’s next to downtown is always slammed and they don’t mess around.

We go into the Englewood location and we are the only ones in line; We figured out what we wanted and went ahead and ordered. The guy who took our order was pretty disengaged and distracted by some noises in the background. We paid and thought it was odd that our order total was $24 for one breakfast meal, a small iced latte and 2 donuts. (They also don’t have any specialty donuts at this location)

We waited about 20-25 minutes in total for our food, drinks and donuts. In that time, a door dasher came in and was waiting on his pick up order. We all quickly caught on that it seemed like out of the 6-7 workers, the left hand didn’t know what the right hand was doing (thanks to the guy standing beside us for putting that into words!)

The manager (or maybe owner) called out our food order, but gave us two meals. I kindly let him know that we only ordered one meal, the small latte and 2 donuts (figured out why it cost us $24). He took me back over and refunded the 2nd meal that we didn’t order.

Unfortunately, we left and didn’t feel like eating in after the experience. We were still cordial with everyone, but it seems as if the staff is not sure what to do and there is no real managing where tasks are being delegating to each person.

Also, the reaponses to the bad reviews seem like they’re from a bot, not the actual owner. Kind of disappointing!

I knew better than to order food from this location. And when I bit into my sandwich, my eggs looked rotten and green. Note to self, drinks only. Should have just gone to Dunkin for a breakfast sandwich.

So I’ve only came to this location 3 days in a row but I only had gotten ice coffee the first two days but the third day I got an iced matcha latte an an everything bagel . And the bagel was fine but the way they gave it to me wasn’t in a bag just in the wrapping paper (which could improve) and one napkin. But now the matcha latte tasted HORRIBLE doesn’t have the color of it a taste so that needs improvement. But customer service is always good the times I’ve gone . The location just needs to improve on certain things.

I love this Tim Hortons! Though there are only a few left this is one of the best! I love their atmosphere their customer service is always professional and friendly, and the food is always fresh and hot including the drinks. I appreciate and adore this team. It’s also a different kind of experience. They take their time and get it right and is efficient.

As someone who doesn’t frequent fast food establishments often, I decided to stop by for a small caramel iced cappuccino to help me through a busy day, having had only a few hours of sleep. Unfortunately, what began as a simple caffeine fix turned into a distressing situation.

After consuming nearly half of my drink, I noticed an unusual textured grain that I initially thought might be coffee beans. Upon further inspection, I discovered tiny curled silver pieces mixed in with what appeared to be metal dust settled at the bottom of my cup. The realization that I may have ingested a significant amount of this material is horrifying.

I immediately called the store to alert them to the issue, but my call was abruptly disconnected. It was disheartening to experience such a lack of communication, especially since the store was not busy at the time. Additionally, the employee who served me seemed disengaged and unprofessional, which only added to my concerns about the overall environment and customer service at this location.

I want to clarify that I did not engage in any disruptive behavior; I simply sought assistance regarding a serious matter. The demeanor of the staff left me questioning whether this incident was a result of negligence or something more troubling.

This experience has caused me significant anxiety and has reinforced my reluctance to visit fast food establishments. I sincerely hope that your team takes this matter seriously to ensure that no other customers are put at risk due to possible negligence or careless actions.

I have also reported this incident to corporate and the health department, and I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly.

The man making my wrap was really nice. The iced Chai latte was too potent for a latte. I ordered an 11 meal but wasn’t told there weren’t any hashbrowns so I didn’t get the meal. For the wrap the eggs are hard-boiled and disgusting and the sauce is overpowering. “Freshly cracked egg,” yeah right

The service through the drive thru is horrible they ALL have attitudes! The 2 different Ice Caps we ordered taste horrible, literally threw it away soon as I got home, waited in the drive thru for quite awhile just for the 2nd ice cap and the girl wanted to get the “smh” attitude because THEY forgot it. And my daughters hashbrown tasted old as hell. Definitely not returning

As a Canadian American, adore my Timmy’s. But today I got a bagel and a Oreo iced Capp. While my bagel was great my iced Capp was…fizzy? I can’t tell if chemicals from machine or whatever. But absolutely disgusting and disappointing

Very upset. Especially for $7.

These employees do not know their donuts. My husband and daughters asked for double chocolate donuts. Should have checked them before we got home. We got plain donut with sloppy chocolate icing.I try to call but no answer. I don’t know why?? They was not busy at all. It’s 2:50 pm in afternoon. * Check your donuts before you leave* I so wish Bills donuts was closer. But I guess I’ll start driving to there to get my donuts. Wasted Money on donuts we won’t eat today.

I have no idea why I continue to come here besides the convenience of pastries. Every single time I am disappointed by the wait, the (lack of) quality and the overall lack of care.

The staff are nice, yes. But they are also lazy. 95% of my visits, been here more than 30 times (again, I’m not sure why I continue besides convenience), there are more than 5 employees visible with only 1 or 2 actually working.

Drive thru is the only area I ever see functioning on a high level.

Look at my picture of a Tuscan Panini. It’s 50% bread! There’s a ton of cheese and, maybe, 7 tiny, tiny pieces of chicken.

I will drive 10 extra minutes to get to another Hortons.
