Had a peanut butter-something concrete here a few evenings ago. Kinda mushy, if I’m being honest. More chocolate syrup than anything. Hmm. Maybe I’ll get a cone next time.

Delicious treat, but our enjoyment was diminished by our concern for the lone employee behind the counter, serving a very long line of customers all by herself. We waited for 45 minutes. The young woman who was working must have been exhausted and overwhelmed by the crowd, and lack of back up support. I wonder why Rita’s management doesn’t have at least 2 people working on warm summer nights? I’m guessing many people don’t stop due to the long line. And, ordering ahead? Still only one person to do all the scooping, and that’s unfair to put on any young person. If she were my daughter I would not want her working there under those conditions. Thank you kindly in advance for your response.

Went in for a fun treat after a girls night out and ended being one of the worst times we have had. As I was sitting in my friend’s car enjoying my ice, I saw the trash can wheel towards my own vehicle at full speed. I get out, see scratches on my vehicle. The employee was completely unprofessional. She refused to take my information for the owner to reach out to me. As a customer it is hard to find the time to reach out due to an inconvenience at a place I stopped at briefly. I asked the employee to contact the owner to which she said “I gave you the information to do it.” The employee appeared upset that I kept looking at the damages, and shouted towards me “there is nothing I can do for your vehicle mayam.” I have worked in industries like this to know it is appropriate to contact the owner immediately and that the owner should contact the customer. Lastly, when I asked for the employee’s name (Mary) it was different than what the name tag said on her hat (CJ). I will most likely not return to this establishment, unless compensation is involved.
I would further suggest that these employees need to be trained on what to do in emergency situations. Especially if they have no managers on duty with them.

I’m a huge fan of Rita’s, yet was very disappointed today when I stopped by at about 1 to 3 pm. The young lady servicing seemed very uninterested in serving me and the portion she gave me was embarrassing to say the least! I hope she has a better day, yet I was not pleased today!

Wow! Such a delicious treat! I highly recommend the Gelati which is shaved ice topped with custard. I had the Wild Black Cherry with a Twist (chocolate and vanilla swirl ice cream) on top and it was AMAZING! Great service and an excellent atmosphere make this place one of my new favorites! With over a hundred different combinations, there’s something for almost every taste here at Rita’s!

Pros: My wife liked her twist cone and my daughter settled for frozen custard cotton candy, which she enjoyed. Cons: Poor/slow service, dirty/unkept (ice cream cone and napkins under the ice cream machine), vanilla custard wasn’t available, four people working with one window open and it still took several minutes to attain our items (explains the line). Conclusion: Maybe just a bad night/moment for the Rita’s team.

Great ice cream was recommended the Concrete Mudslide. Horrible choice I honestly believe there was 8oz of hot fudge. The should have served insulin with it. Complete turn off.
