I’m definitely a regular here and the coffee is made right, every time. The egg bites are sooooo good. And the staff are all very nice. I do miss Brooke, always, but everyone is great. 12/10 recommend if you’re in the area!

I sent all my friends to you.. Your coffee is so much better than Starbucks or Dunkin in this location and at the St Johns location off of racetrack is the best location to go to.

My wife wanted coffee this morning so we figured we’d get this place a try. My wife likes sugar-free flavorings and that other place has gotten where they don’t carry anything sugar-free except for vanilla. Well they have everything sugar-free that you would ever want. No I’m not the sugar-free kind of guy so I got mine fully sugared. They also have wonderful sandwiches and apple fritters that are absolutely amazing. My only concern is now that my wife has discovered this place we may go broke. That was just a joke. Actually the prices are very fair The service was outstanding. The people are very friendly. This will definitely be a place we stop at on a regular basis.

This is my favorite Ellianos! Everyone here is so kind. My coffee is always right and service is quick. Joey though, Joey is the best! He always has a smile on his face and he is always willing to help you with get the drink you want. I asked a couple questions one morning and he had the answers! His recommendation was great! All around the staff is amazing. Best location!

Unlike most other coffee places that are a little pricey this one, you actually feel like you get your money’s worth. The people are super nice. They give you genuine recommendations they have a good system that gets you your food and drink quick and I’ve never been dissatisfied with what I actually got.

Waited in the right hand lane for over 15 minutes before someone took my order just to be told they just ran out of grit bowls but I can have the last one. (Wanted 2)
My issue is that the line in front of the store had two people walk out to take their orders in the time I was waiting for someone to take mine. Then when someone finally came out, they took the car in front of me, and then went back inside the store. Adding another three minutes. I have no doubt that if both lines had been treated the same, I would have been able to get my full order.
For a company that seems to want to be a carbon copy of Starbucks, the customer service is lacking.
