This is the most ghetto Tim Hortons in Toledo. Terrible service and bad coffee. I go before work sometimes in the evenings, and it’s run by rude teenagers who obviously don’t care about making orders correct. I recently spent over $4 on the pumpkin cream cold brew and they handed it to me laughing. The drink was literally all cream and was clearly made wrong based on presentation alone. Another time I went I was the only one in the drive through line and no cars in the parking lot, yet it still took them 10 minutes to make my drink.

Every time I go, something is always wrong with my order. This morning I went, I asked for a bacon/egg croissant with no egg with a hash brown and juice. Get to work, I have flat grilled croissant with a sausage pattie that was disgusting and an egg. The hash brown always taste old greasy and crunchy. I went there on Sunday 2/5/23, and ordered a grilled bagel buttered up and served with cream cheese on it. This bagel was warm, fresh, soft, chewy and toasted around the edges all at the same time. I will always have it this way. This bagel was perfect. Thank you for suggesting it, Mr. drive thru cashier, sorry I didn’t get your name. Also Thier honey glaze donuts are bomb too. This is by far the best experience i’ve ever encountered at this Tim Hortons! I work very close and always love stopping for a quick bite or drink. However due to the last few times I’ve gone through and the customer service, I had stopped going to this location. The two staff members that I saw/ spoke to, were amazing! From the awesome service at the speaking (when I couldn’t quite decide what snack I wanted), to the super friendly guy at the window taking the payments, it was overall a great experience! I hope this review gets to those two workers, as it completely changed my perspective on this location. They deserve some recognition for their service!!!
