Currently in the drive thru line at this location & the guy on the speaker was so rude that I couldn’t wait to get online & leave a review. Every time I would try to speak, he would interrupt me & rush me along as if he were annoyed or something. Mind you, I wasn’t even being complicated or anything. My order was very simple & I remained very polite, even though he wasn’t at all.

Should just never ever come to this store. Service is just showing they don’t want the business. Then obviously the food and drink are just as bad as they don’t care. Coffee taste only cream. Thousand times people walked up the store, and found out the door is locked.

This is the absolute worst Tim Hortons location I’ve been to. I live fairly close to this location so I visit due to convenience. Big mistake….the staff is very rude and consistently mess up orders. One day I ordered a breakfast sandwich and they gave me the sandwich without egg (which I did not ask them to do) when I informed them of the mess up. They did not apologize. On other occasions I have had issues with receiving coffees that were very nasty (watery and lacking flavor) and not what I ordered. When I brought it to staffs attention they argued that they in fact made the coffee the way that I ask and that I was wrong. They often run out of donuts and close earlier than what is listed online. It does not matter what you order, they will mess it up. They make simple orders seem so difficult. Customer service is terrible. This location is so bad that I will be driving to another location which is a lot further away, just in the hopes of getting good service. You should do the same! Don’t waste your time with this Tim Horton’s.

I have never had a negative experience here. But yesterday I got there and I had a rude awakening. I was dismissed from the moment I drove up to the drive through to when I got my order. To the extent of the associate saying “moving on”when I was right there. The whole time I just observed in disbelief. My coffee even had cream after she repeatedly asked If I was sure I wanted it black. Anyway I hope someone takes care of this. This is not the friendly neighborhood Tim hortons I know.
