I work at the hospital and go here on nights that I work just to grab expresso and go back to work, tonight 7/24/25 at 12:20 am I’m next to a car that was there first and were high out of their mind started their order over 3 or 4 times and took over 10 minutes to order. At no time did staff use discretion like let me check on other customers or tell them to hold while they figure out their order. After waiting another 10 minutes behind them after placing my order I left what is the sense of 2 speakers if you only can give one order at a time should have had me skip them or come to the door and pay. Can’t expect much when everyone that works there gets high anyway. Let’s not forget the nights where they try to trick you into thinking they are closed. They put this screen up and won’t say anything until you do or if you sit there for a min.

Iv never had a bad Tim Hortons experience until I went to this location got are order completely wrong and didn’t give me a receipt so I couldn’t go in to fix it. That older women had the worst attitude eye rolling and everything old enough to be my mother she didn’t have a name tag on but that woman needs to be fired. I ordered a stake chipotle wrap got cold chicken. I feel like a total Karen but that attitude made me mad

Food was as expected. But Linda was working the drive thru around 10:00 am on September 28 and she needs to quit if she hates her job that much. No reason to have nasty attitudes with your customers when they are simply trying to order and pay for their food. On top of that they didn’t hand my fiancé back his card after paying and rushing us along so had to park & go in for that (not a big deal just slightly annoying to have to deal with them again). I’m not one to complain usually but it just seemed very uncalled for, especially with it being our first time visiting the new location.

You’d think a flagship Tim Hortons would be the gold standard. Instead, this one feels like a live experiment in how long a drive-thru customer can wait before questioning their life choices.

Orders take forever, the window service is consistently rude, and the overall vibe is “we’d rather you weren’t here.” For a brand new flagship store, it’s impressively underwhelming.

If this location is supposed to represent the best Tim Hortons has to offer, that’s… concerning. Come for the coffee, stay because you’re trapped in line.

i had ordered the 2/ for $6 sausauge , egg and cheese muffins and when i took a bite there were crunchy egg shells in the egg a major turn off for me had to spit it out! will not order that item from them ever again! the employee’s need to pay close attention while cracking eggs!

I went through the drive this morning and ordered a combo. I get up to the window the girl hands me my wrap and hashbrown, but no coffee. I asked her if coffee comes with the combo…she said yes it does but I didn’t order one I said I ordered the “Combo” soooo, why would I order it separately. And she still didn’t give me the coffee that I paid for. This was my second time at the new Tim Hortons both times my order was screwed up. Very disappointing!

Apparently you aren’t permitted to use their restroom unless you ask for the key after proving you made a purchase first. I didn’t see any signs indicating you should ask for the key, so you stand there waiting for someone to come out of the locked door which doesn’t happen because it’s empty. I made a purchase prior, but they should have a sign on the restroom door about asking for a key.

The reply from Tim Hortons asked for additional details, but I have no way to reach you or know what details you need. The bathroom door was locked. The staff asked if I bought anything before they would let me use the restroom.

I must say that I have witnessed many improvements over their former location, much cleaner and much more friendly than the previous and to be honest, the old one was severely lacking in many areas. There were about ten people waiting to use the bathroom. People were waiting 25 minutes for a mobile pick up order inside only to be told it was because they ordered it wrong on the mobile app….no apology. Not acknowledging them. Once the gentleman was told he did it wrong the mobile orders were pulled and put together in front of him. Flies were in the showcase. Tables not cleaned off.

You need more people working at the inside counter so we get the same kind of service as those in the drive through and aren’t waiting in line forever cuz one person is taking the order and trying to fill it
