I don’t know who’s running this location now but this is the second time where I have placed a mobile order and waited for 20-30 minutes to have the drive thru deliver my order. Today I couldn’t wait any longer and ended up driving away without my order. I tried to get the attention of the staff but was basically ignored. Finally someone came to the window and I asked to speak to the manager to request a refund. Was told I had to request through the app as they could not refund a mobile order. Do yourself a favor and skip this location. They have definitely gone from BAD to WORSE.
UPDATE: apparently refunds ARE handled through the individual locations per Tim Horton’s guest services so if this happens to you, insist on getting a refund. I’m out ten bucks!

I’d say about 50% of the time my coffee order is wrong even after I repeated myself when it comes up wrong on the drivethru screen and if you get there after 10:30 in the morning then you’re lucky if they have donuts

Waited in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes!!!!! I get told at the speaker “there’s only 2 of us here, sorry”. I FINALLY! get my order and this is what my box of timbits look like… I went inside and got a full refund. The case of donuts was almost completely empty.. 1 other customer that was inside said “you might want to call your store manager for some help” and the associate replied “yeah I was thinking about doing that”. Thinking about doing that???? You have customers waiting over a HALF HOUR! Your donut case is almost empty! And you’re handing out orders like the picture I attached.. Is this how this location provides great customer service?

I asked for a caramel macchiato and they gave me an latte so I asked them to remake it and I get this again. Like they don’t know the difference between an macchiato and an latte??!!! IM NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!

As you can see, I haven’t been to this place in a very long time.
I ordered the two for $6 breakfast sandwiches, which were ok but made a little sloppily.
The problem I had was that I ordered an extra large French Vanilla cappuccino with two shots of expresso but what I got doesn’t even come close!
One, the extra large cup of cappuccino could have fit in a large cup easily. See photo!
Two, where’s the expresso? It sure wasn’t in my cup!!

What is wrong with this place!!!
We stopped by to pick up lunch and picked up chicken salad sandwiches. BIG MISTAKE !!!!!!
1- There was hardly any chicken in the chicken salad on the sandwich it was more bread than anything else
2- The chicken salad was starting to go bad so after eating it my stomach rumbled all night long.
3- Service was really S.L.O.W!

Usually, service is very good and workers are polite and helpful. But now and then you get a guy like today who is a bit curt, interrupts, and rough with your card and food. However, that’s not a reason to post and rate, because usually workers are very polite and friendly. But the blueberry bagel the rude worker prepared, as you can see in the picture, was done with dirty tools. I’m not sure what the orange stuff is in my blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese, but I think it’s some melted cheese.

I can only assume of course that he didn’t clean his workspace or tools before preparing another bagel which seriously disgusts me. This could be dangerous if someone has an allergy and regardless who wants to eat something made with dirty tools? I can only imagine what else besides cheese made it into my food. I threw this away, a waste of money. *It’s REALLY gross*. This person worked at 2pm on Sunday the 4th.

I am posting this because I am baffled and confused. I hope there are others that have experienced the frustration I have in the last month or so with the inconsistent hours of operation at this Tim Horton’s location. I have lost all of my trust to get a coffee on my way to work at this location. I arrive around 6:30-6:45 almost daily and there is either no answer at the drive through, it will be mysteriously closed, (even though it is supposed to be open at 6AM), or they do not have donuts. I’ve driven through the drive through over 6X now around 6:45 and no response. If the establishment claims to be open at 6, they should have all of the options after the first half hour-hour of being open. I feel really bad for the employees because I can imagine this isn’t their fault. They need more staff working here. I hope this problem gets resolved.

We go almost every morning order the same coffee and consistently gets it wrong, never coming back to this establishment. Can’t be that hard to make coffee ain’t that their job, I think they need to be retrained by corporate. I mean the amount of money($70 weekly) there I can own my own expensive machine! No more for them, this establishment is a waste of time.
