This Jimmy John’s is really great. My sandwich was fresh, the bread was soft, and everything tasted great. The staff were fast and got the order right with no issues. It was definitely worth stopping by.

I want to thank Jimmy John’s for reaching out to me after reading this review and handling it the way they did. Definitely going above and beyond what could be done. I will be coming back to my favorite restaurant soon.
I have been a fan of this company for years. I am disabled and on a limited income each month, so when I do have a delivered meal, it is when I have saved and can afford it. This last time, I was unable to tip, but I received a receipt with the note to tip the drivers and an Un happy face. 🙁 . Aside from the factor that I live in a state where the minimum wage is well over fifteen dollars and there was a five dollar delivery fee, along with the tax on the price of the meal… If I can post tip, I would. Although after getting this message on a receipt, I doubt I will ever tip. E staff at jimmy john’s ever again..

I have loved Jimmy’s for many years now and have never had issues that weren’t fixed immediately. This company has never failed me I have never gotten bad service. I had a big issue happen a couple months back and the manager resolved it quickly with great customer service. I love the food I’ve never had issues. If you want super freaky fast delivery they are pretty good at it. In my opinion the number 16 is the s***.

We were in Walla Walla yesterday doing some shopping, so we stopped in. I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap, my daughter ordered the Pepe, my other daughter got a BLT, and my daughter’s friend got the Thai chicken wrap. All were very good. No complaints.

Disappointed with the service during our visit. I did a web order thru their app and put in store pick up. The sandwich finished right after I arrived the store but they just put it the side and let it sit. They were working on a few other sandwiches so i waited at the pick up area. There were 6 folks running around but nobody stopped to see if my order was ready or even if I needed anything. After 7 minutes or so and water watching all the orders of folks who came in after me get filled I had to interrupt and ask if I could have my order. Such a simple aspect of customer service over looked.
