We were in Walla Walla yesterday doing some shopping, so we stopped in. I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap, my daughter ordered the Pepe, my other daughter got a BLT, and my daughter’s friend got the Thai chicken wrap. All were very good. No complaints.

Disappointed with the service during our visit. I did a web order thru their app and put in store pick up. The sandwich finished right after I arrived the store but they just put it the side and let it sit. They were working on a few other sandwiches so i waited at the pick up area. There were 6 folks running around but nobody stopped to see if my order was ready or even if I needed anything. After 7 minutes or so and water watching all the orders of folks who came in after me get filled I had to interrupt and ask if I could have my order. Such a simple aspect of customer service over looked.

Unbelievable! It took 20 mins to get 2 sandwiches and they didn’t have any other going. Zero customer service. The manager looked completely wasted and the other 3 didn’t look like they knew what was supposed to happen.

Ordered for delivery at 6:30pm. When the order hadn’t arrived by 7:30 we called the store and were told it had left 10 minutes prior and they were short staffed so it was taking longer but should be there soon. 30 more minutes and still no delivery. Called store again to be told there were no orders out for delivery. Told them the number and timeline and they gave me a manager. He told me to check in front of my door. I explained that we already had. He said OK we will void that order.

I have loved Jimmy’s for many years now and have never had issues that weren’t fixed immediately. This company has never failed me I have never gotten bad service. I had a big issue happen a couple months back and the manager resolved it quickly with great customer service. I love the food I’ve never had issues. If you want super freaky fast delivery they are pretty good at it. In my opinion the number 16 is the s***.
