This is the most inconsistent Tim Hortons I have ever been to and this time when I went not only was my coffee gross but this was my Chipotle chicken wrap. It doesn’t even look like a wrap at all it looks like it was used in a food fight then thrown in a bag. Oh and I also received the wrong Tim bits too which has happened before here so that wasn’t super surprising.

we came in and they didn’t let us in. Although people came out twice. We stood in the line of the drive true, but they were told that they would not serve us that way. I went to the window and asked the worker that she gave orders, she did not want to talk to me and closed the window. Inside I saw several other people, one of them was the manager. And he didn’t fix the situation. That was very rude. they should make a sign that they serve customers only in the car. And mark it on google maps. as we walked for a long time to get our coffee. Google maps showed that they were open and there was a lobby.

Just close this place down. I’ve lived in the area since January and their lobby is open maybe once a week. At this point just close. 7 employee cars in the lot but a sign on the door that says dining room closed drive thru only. What about the people in the neighborhood that don’t drive? If I can give a lower star than this, I would. Honestly, this is a question to anyone out there that can answer: is there no law that protects verbal harassment of employees from mangers? What kind of professionalism does this place have if all they can do is gossip and abuse employees that maybe quiet, but actually does the work of 4 people? I’ve observed this place for straight 2 hours because of the drama, and ya Allah, the attitude that manager, Shenique or something has, my God, no one can compare. And what more? Just make the place into a high school environment and what, join the high schoolers in their gossip?! Atrocious! Can higher level people really do nothing about this?! That girl who actually did her work, Kam, was constantly being verbally abused by her coworkers this morning.

Went through the drive through, got two steak wraps asked for no tomatoes on it, both came with tomatoes. Kind of hard to believe that even after it was posted on their PoS system that the food prep still continued to put tomatoes on both wraps. This is my first bad experience after having nothing but great service at this location.

Every time I order caramel iced coffee. 1 out of 10 times it’s right. Otherwise I get charged for a caramel coffee and get plain or watered down plain coffee.
