Chic fila isn’t chic fila anymore, “TO ME”. to me. There are a lot of chains that are not consistent across the board, meaning that in one location you get something completey different even though it’s the same menu item. Well this is one of them. This particular location to me is extremely inconsistent when it comes to its ice cream. And I wouldn’t have did a review on this but this was ridiculous. But at least they served it to me with a smile lololol as if nothing was wrong.

Decent. Lovely hospitable approach toward fast food. $55 Canadian for 4 sandwiches, one of which was a combo and an 8pc nuggets. Insanely expensive for fast-food. Like, wow. It’s decent but my goodness the world we live in. Again, amazing staff, but yeah, nothing stands out other than the wonderful customer service (which is rare in fast-food).

Everything was great but yesterday (11/10) we went and one of the employees was obviously freezing and I informed another employee and asked if they had extra jackets bc the one taking our order was so cold her eyes were watery. She said they did, I asked if they would give her one. We parked at whataburger for 10-15 minutes and no jacket was given. Chick-fil-A you gotta do better by your employees. Yes customers matter but so do your employees. I would rather talk to the intercom knowing the employees are comfortable in a heated building as cold as it was than have a face to face interaction with someone freezing to appease us.

I’ve only had 1 time where my order wasn’t right. The staff is always polite and God friendly the food is always fresh and hot. I usually get the chicken deluxe on the multi grain bun. I love being able to purchase the lemonade by the gallon and the strawberry puree.

Friendly service and unlike other fast food restaurants they get your orders right. It is nice to pick up an order and have what you requested! Truly enjoy the food and drinks, doesn’t feel like fast food.

I usually don’t do reviews, but I was looking forward to eating my chicken noodle soup but when I warmed it up for my lunch at work it looked so discussing,it was so thick like a casserole,it just looked like slop I’m sorry I just couldn’t eat it…I’ve never had bad service before and I’ve bought soup plenty of times. I don’t know what happened this time.

We picked up our food. It was great. We enjoyed ordering with “front line Will”, he did a excellent job taking our order. It was 100% accurate with a smile and professionalism. I asked him if I could take his picture for this review. Thanks Again Will, that was a good spicy chicken.
