So I went in here for a coffee and a donut. It took then like 5 mins to even acknowledge me. So, while I was waiting I was looking at the selection of donuts. They had like 5 different donuts to choose from, and all of the non desirable donuts if ya know what I mean.
MANY Tim’s have been really bad, rude staff, coffee is always inconsistent, sandwiches made wrong and not labeled. Come on, do BETTER!

I’ve been coming since 2019 pretty consistently for a double double. The new employees , Specifically the girl and the boy who sit at the table next to the window everyday while they should be working. Have been consistently making my coffee wrong and giving me Shitty smirks knowing it’s not made right. I asked the other nice girl working who seemed to be nice What the guy’s name was. And she told me he was a Supervisor. This is very disturbing that even supervisors at this Location can’t do their job correctly. I plan on contacting Kelton Enterprises myself as well as the Tim Hortons District Manager into looking into this issue. I also shouldn’t have to constantly see these two Individuals blowing Vape smoke all around where the beverages and food are Made.

I’ve been going to this location for years. The employee used to be very friendly. Not so anymore.
Also, the picture I am sharing is VERY typical of their lack of decent food handling. You have to actually ask them to put frosted items in a small box so this doesn’t happen. I detect no common sense with these employees.

I had a bad experience here. I understand we all have bad days. But that doesn’t give people the right to take it out on your customers. Mariana, don’t know how you to spell the girls name that took our order but I believe that’s how you spell it. she had an attitude towards me and my friend and she was slamming our stuff done. Food gets 4 stars. And service gets 1.

The staff was rude — the lady us a small drink instead of the medium we ordered and insisted it was a medium, as if we’d never ordered from Tim Hortons before. On top of that, the drinks were inconsistent and both were far too sweet.

I’ve been here quite a few times over the past two plus years. This worker named Patrick has always stood out to me. I remember the days when he was just a kid in training with an incredible work ethic. He has probably served me 50 times and every time my order has come out correctly. He is definitely the best at making smoothies of any of the workers at this location. I am heartbroken today to hear that it is his last day at Tim Hortons. He is moving on to bigger and better things. Well I am proud of him, I surely will miss him.
