Went to pick up something real quick at 7:10 P. M. On a friday (they close at 8P.m.) and all the lights were off, there weren’t even any employee cars in the parking lot. I get refusing service at around 7:58, but for no one to even be there at 7:50 is outrageous

This Dairy Queen is great, and is rarely crowded. I also like this dairy queen because it is not run by corporate. This is a franchise and they have their own reward system. The staff is nice, and they have outside tables to eat at that are covered by umbrellas. There is also a batting cage next door for children and young adults. I feel like this one is not as well known which is great because there are more loyal customers, and it is less congested. If you have a larger SUV or longer truck, I would recommend parking in the parking lot and walk up to order instead of going through the drive-thru. The drive-thru could be a bit tight for you, especially if it is busy. This Diary Queen also as the ice cream cup cakes up front and full size cakes! The only downside to this one is that there is no indoor seating. This is definitely a family friendly Dairy Queen that you should go to one evening if you have not been here yet. Be sure to ask for a reward card when you visit. You can only use it at this location, but it is easy to fill up to get a bag of dilly bars.

We ordered the crunchin’ cookie parfaits with a side of the dip and instead of the dip on the side they put WAY too much in the parfaits. There was at least two inches of dip in each layer. The drive thru was very confusing and the parking lot is poorly set up.

Had just placed an online order from them for the first time, was having issues with the order. They resolved it quickly & even up sized my ice cream for free, they were understanding and so nice! Shout out to the curly hair girl who gave me the ice cream, her customer service was off the charts! ❤️

Great experience! Way better than any other DIry Queen I’ve ever been to. Got 2 special request blizzards that were done perfectly and the customer service was amazing! Everyone was very attentive and polite. Definitely will be back!

This has always been my go to DQ.
Today they made a very difficult situation a little better.
Shout out to the Jeannette DQ! On our way to the a Vet with Max our German Shepard, we noticed that the window was open at our DQ on Rt 130 in Jeannette/Hempfield. We had to pull over to rearrange the seating with the dog in the Explorer. I went up to the window and asked if by chance had any Ice Cream to give our dog. I explained where we were headed and why. The owner said “Hold on 1 Minute”. A minute later he came walking around the corner with a dish of Ice Creame for our Max. He asked if he could see him. I opened up the hatch and he gave him the ice creame and petted Max for a few minutes. Can’t thank him enough. This little jesture of kindness was huge for us. We were able to give Max one last treat! Thank you so much. I hope this message goes viral and you get paid 1,000 fold. You totally deserve it. Dairy Queen (Treat)

Best Dairy Queen in the area with some unique toppings/flavors than others. Small parking area and very short drive-thru line right off a busy roadway. Have never had a long wait or bad service while visiting for the last 20 summers.
