Tijuana Flats absolutely knocked it out of the park. The service was truly top-tier, friendly, attentive, and fast. The aesthetic was amazing and full of personality, and I love the creative idea of being able to buy a ceiling tile and paint it yourself. Such a fun, unique touch that makes the place feel special.

Was visiting the area, & stopped in for Taco Tuesday! Great deal…2 tacos & chips & a drink for $7.99! The food arrived without sour cream (which I ordered) but it was rectified immediately by a very sweet waitress who brought me a cup of sour cream. I’ve been to many Tijuana Flats over the course of many years & never had a bad experience. The tacos were a little bland but still the best tacos (& deal) around! Will definitely return if ever in town again!

They can NEVER get this place right. Had an older manager gentleman who turned it around. Food was hot and fresh, service was great. As soon as he left, back to garbage. Cold chicken, overcooked, rice cold and stale and customer service rude. Like u are a bother to them. Will NEVER come back nobody wants those attitudes and rude service.

tonight we got the Burrito Meal Kit for 6 using online ordering. I hate jalepenos, and there was no option on the website to make changes so I called the store right after I placed the order and they said they would be happy to make that change to my order. I picked it up a little while ago and VOILA no jalapenos! The food was so yummy! Thank you and we will be back soon.

The amazingly friendly staff you have, saved your rating. Great (really great) service, just ‘ok’ food. Go heavy on the sauce bar, you’ll need it! Skip the rice and beans, they felt old and reheated (visited in the noon hour, so should have been peak time)
