We stopped by for lunch on Sunday afternoon. We were seated right away and the service was great. We ordered the Korean BBQ smoked wings. They are both smoked and fried and drenched in the sauce. The wings were big and flavorful. I ordered the 2 meats brisket and pulled pork. The server asked if I wanted the brisket fatty, in the middle , or lean. I ordered it in the middle. The brisket was tough to eat, fatty, and greasy. The pulled pork was chunky and flavorless. There is a full condiment selection of sauces and ketchup available to flavor as you wish. My wife ordered the chicken, and chicken, and waffles. The sweet potato waffles with fruit compote and syrup was a hit. It came with a huge portion of chicken wings and fried chicken.
The Cuban sandwich was filled with chunky pulled pork that made it hard to eat at times. The server did comp the two meat meal stating that she could see I had not eaten it.
Great service, great atmosphere, mixed reviews on the food today.

On a “not so busy, at all” Wednesday evening, our Combo Dinner Platters (brisket, chicken & ribs) were lukewarm at best & the “jalapeno smoke bombs” appetizers seemed crunchy (the jalapenos, not the bacon) & under-cooked. Baked beans were good, mac & cheese was meh. The ribs were delicious, if not overly hot.
The service was less than stellar, given the amount of guests & they decided to seat a family with 2 kids, about 3-5yrs each, directly behind us in the booths when there were plenty of other seats that the kids would not have been so…distracting!

I was excited about trying this place based on pictures, menu & reviews, but it fell short after 2 separate visits. The smoked wings were tasty & falling off the bone. The bbq hot sauce was HOT! and made the wings perfect. Jalapeño smoke bombs were drenched in sweet bbq sauce and full of cream cheese laying on wilted greens but had a small thin piece of bacon holding them together. The brisket was tender but lacking flavor. The dry rub on the ribs could have used more flavor and when I tried pulling them apart, they were a little on the tough side. The loaded mashed potatoes were COLD but had good flavor and the mac n cheese was nothing special. There were lots of beers on draft, the food came out quick and service was friendly. The bbq hot sauce was just what i was looking for in a spicy bbq sauce and was glad they sold it to the public. Its sold by the pint and 1/2 pint but i expected it in a jar or a bottle. It was brought out in Tupperware and i wasn’t going to be able to travel with that.

I ordered to go, so can’t comment on physical experience, but this grill needs to be cleaned. My ribeye was a little raw on the inside(no complaint there) and burned so strongly on the outside it was very bitter. I like a good char but this thing tasted like it was cooked at 1000° and had little seasoning other than grill. The potatoes and apple sauce were amazing. I would honestly go back and try something else

I had such a great dining experience at Food & Fire!!! We found this place in a Google search while in the area. I went there specifically for the vegan/vegetarian options. I had the beyond sausage with peppers and onions. I have celiac so I asked for mine with a gluten free bun. Everything was delicious. This will definitely be our go-to when we’re back in the Binghamton area.

My partner and I went years ago when it first opened and it was mediocre then…we have not been back and decided to give it a try reading the reviews.
Firstly I would like to address our waitress. She was sweet and tended to our every need. The atmosphere was fine, lighting was a little dim for me but that’s my own taste.
Their non-alcoholic drinks should really include not just diet sodas but more zero sugar options as well there were only 2 drinks to choose from that didn’t have sugar. (Just something to think about)
The food was mediocre at best. My partner and I got 2 different things to share first is the mean bean burger ( black bean burger) with sweet potatoe fries. While the top fries were piping hot and fresh the fries under the fresh ones were burnt and cold. Like they were trying to hide them just to get rid of what they had left to minimize food waste or something…like someone wouldn’t notice. My black bean burger was fine. They definitely do not make their own patties… The star of that meal was the cilantro lime sauce that was on the burger so good!
Second was the 2 meat dinner with brisket, pulled pork potato salad, mashed potatoes and red beans and rice. The brisket was okay lacked some flavor how ever was nice and tender. The pulled pork on the other hand was definitely sub par at best the quality absolutely did not match the price tag (on any of it).The red beans and rice really really lacked flavor honestly I would have through it came from a zatarain’s box but there was no salt either. Mashed potatoes were not bad but whatever bacon concoction was on top was burnt and bitter. The potato salad was fine and reminded me of someone’s Grammy tried to spice hers up from the Facebook or something.
All in all unfortunately the food was absolutely lacking flavor and just as mediocre as the first time we went.

Food was great and the atmosphere was perfect. We ordered the fried pickles as the appetizer and portion size was nice for the two of us. Usually it’s too much but this was spot on. We both ordered the BBQ taster and we ended up taking home leftovers. The brisket was good as well as the chicken. The sides are good. Was not a fan of the red beans and rice but the potato salad was good, Mac and cheese was good and the broccoli was good. Very good restaurant for the price!

My wife and I have eaten here several times. Recently we ate here on a Wednesday night. We ordered BBQ ribs, pulled pork, and beef brisket. As always, they were excellent. For sides, we got salad, baked beans, and coleslaw. The beans were very good, with lots of flavor and meat, but the coleslaw and salad were very bland. My biggest complaint though was the music volume. On a Wednesday night, the restaurant is only 1/3 full, but the music was blasting away so loud we could hardly talk. My advice is to punch up the salad and coleslaw flavor and match the music volume to the crowd size.

Had a nice meal here. We had the fish and chips and also the vegan sausage rolls. Everything was good and the service was great. Sports on the TV was good also.

This was my first time being here. But, my husband has gone there several times over the years when he went to Binghamton for the National Guard. He’s always talked about how good the food is. He was right the food is yummy! I wasn’t able to finish, but it was definitely worth the money.
Only thing that could’ve been better is the bathroom was dirty and smelly.
