Welcome to TIGO’S where we specialize in serving up the most authentic and delicious Pollo a la Brasa, also known as charcoal chicken. Our juicy and flavorful rotisserie chicken is marinated in a blend of Peruvian spices, slow-cooked over an open flame, and served with a side of our signature green sauce. In addition to our mouth-watering Pollo a la Brasa, we also use the ancient wok technique to prepare our Lomo Saltado, a stir-fry dish that combines marinated beef strips, onions, tomatoes, and fries in a savory sauce. And our Arroz Chaufas, a Peruvian-style fried rice dish made with your choice of chicken, beef, or shrimp, is a must-try.

My favorite local Peruvian spot. The chicken is well-seasoned and tender and the chicken empanadas are delicious. But the real standout is the fried rice. It’s the perfect blend of Peruvian and Chinese and it is so good! A must try. Because this is on H Street, parking can be difficult to find. If possible I suggest calling ahead and having a friend drive so you can hop out and pick up the food. Seating is limited so it’s more of a takeout spot than dine-in.
