To put my scenario into perspective, imagine waiting at open time for an hour in a line that wraps around to the busy road, only get on two rides, become endlessly angrily hungry. Once you finally find a place to eat you see the line is really long, assuming that they only have about 3 items on the menu, it cannot be that long. So you set up camp in a line that you would later find out an hour later is a wait to nothingness. As you move inch by inch with little to no progress the clock ticks as you await your gracious feast. Finally you get to the ordering station and you put in your order. Melanie a worker there forgot my friends lid and took about five minutes to put in our orders. We got ushered to the waiting place and waited another 5 minutes. The food was not being packaged and the workers were making conversation with well over 15 to 20 people waiting for food. Disgraceful work ethic would not go there ever again it was not worth it and to mention the food(it was horrible). Worst food experience at six flags ever will not be returning.

Awful burgers. Fries are okay when they’re hot. Burger was dry, overcooked, and was not good at all. And I’m not being picky or expecting anything special. Just awful. Overall the food at six flags not good. The snacks are excellent including popcorn and pretzels we had. I think park visitors would have a much better time if they improved the meals.

Apparently they don’t train the employees on counting here… Our order number was 193. By the time the kid noticed the “done” orders, he started with 196, 195, 194… Our 193 order was right there waiting. Then when he turned back around orders 197 and 198 were out, so he started with those. I finally had to say something when he started getting 199 so he would pay attention and get us our food. Literally sitting right there, and he just kept ignoring the lower numbers.

Very poor service. Had to wait in line for nearly an hour or more. One of the associates was just pacing back and forth and clapping her hands in the background while she could have really jumped in to come help the customers get their food faster.
