Always a great breakfast place with delicious coffee and lots of options. They also serve a variety of sandwiches for lunch. I ordered the Traditional Eggs Benedict and the hollandaise sauce is amazing.

Full five star brunch – my goodness it was DELISH. My family have had a cabin 20 minutes from this location for decades, and I’ve only just tried this brunch today!! Get the Sunnyland omelette and add bacon – so so so so so good, and the portions are huge. The hashbrowns are perfection, so crispy on the outside, YUM! Order at the counter, and wait shortly for your food to be brought to your table of choice. Cannot wait to come back!

Really good place to stop for some good sandwiches. You order at the counter, they give you a number & bring it to your table. Comfortable atmosphere with good customer service. Food was fast, fresh & flavorful. Definitely worth checking out.

We enjoy coming here for breakfast and sandwiches. The food is reliable and satisfying.
The service experience can vary, but Anne consistently goes above and beyond. She is kind, welcoming, and brings such a positive energy to the space. Her friendliness keeps us coming back.

Dropped in for lunch following a quick Google search on the way through town and was delighted at the find! Taste, portion size, atmosphere and service were all amazing. Best reuben ever, and the soup and salad was soooo good! Highly recommend!

This was my first time eating here. We just moved moved to the area over the last few months. This place has a really chill vibe and seems to have a pretty cohesive, happy crew working there.
The food is absolutely incredible. I chose the turkey pesto sandwich and even as someone who doesn’t usually enjoy sandwiches, it was so so so tasty. 10/10 would recommend eventhough prices are pretty steep. Just know walking in that you’re looking at 16-22 dollars for a sandwhich, a handful of chips, and a pickle spear.

After reading multiple news headlines and finding myself deep in a hole of despair, the Ventura omelette pulled me up from the darkness and gave me hope.
I love this place. Food is on point.

Very hopeful looking at the reviews for the Reuben. The meat unfortunately was dried out having steamed through the remaining ingredients blanching the flavors. My wife ordered the basic meaty with sausage links and thought it was a good classic breakfast. Crispy hash browns, runny eggs with real butter and a quality tea bag made the comfortable environment warm and hospitable.

Avenue bread is a local deli that offers soup and sandwiches. The food is pretty good, but I hate to say the prices are way overpriced. This place does not offer a good value for what you get. The place is always packed, so I am sure there are a lot of people who love coming here, but having eaten so many places throughout Bellingham, and beyond, I just can’t give this place my recommendation. The atmosphere is nice, and the service is mediocre. $20 for a small sandwich and some potato chips is just ridiculous. In my opinion.
