By far the best Detroit Style pizza I’ve had in the southwest! May also be some of the best pizza that I’ve had in general. The 505 Food Hall has some great options but you can’t pass up Thicc. The crust is amazing. Throw some honey hot sauce and this outstanding. It is truly difficult to pick a favorite.

Would you like a Mystery box? Your choices are good. The pizza is good, but being from Detroit, I’ve never had to pay for the sauce to be on my pizza top…. I recommend including a standard Detroit pizza when you pay for one… which should include sauce. Pretty soon it’ll be extra for the cheese and the crust. Even though I ordered through their website, they still could not make the correct order. If someone orders ranch, please give them ranch. If someone orders breadsticks give them breadsticks not cheese sticks. I did not order the mystery box online.

The pizza was okay. It hit the spot was just passing through the area and found this pizza joint. The pizza is cut into smaller squares to make eating it easier.

I try to spend my date night cash at a local restaurant. Thicc Pizza Co has been a favorite inside of the 505 food hall. The past two visits to Thicc I didn’t purchase anything. The customer service has been atrocious. There is no better feeling than standing and watching 2 employees ignore for minutes, the blank stares and lack of communication slows time. After a minute and a half of being ignored i walked away. My date arrived and she wanted to see….we walked up and once again customers not greeted and ignored, even after eye contact and attempts at a conversation. As we walked away two other tables shared they had the same experience. Come on leadership, train better, these greenhaired, nose ring wearing lazy employees need to be educated. It is frustrating for us, I can only imagine how mad the owners are ……we will try again next week. Last chance. Gio over at stackers is a good example of guest experience and customer service.
Sad customer.

I have got to say that my last “deep dish” pizza experience was Little Ceasars. This was well beyond that in flavor, quality and texture. My wife and I split “The 8 Mile” pizza. The sauce was wonderfully flavorful, the crust was beautifully golden on the bottom and cooked through, the flavor and texture of both the mozzarella and the pepperoni were fantastic. The addition of the fresh grated parm, fresh basil, extra sauce and ricotta dollops were definitely a plus. I am a fan of salt so I personally finished the pizza with a little salt and spent the extra $1 for a side of sauce. The cheese crust that forms on the edge when baking was magical: perfectly crispy with an edge if a nutty flavor. It certainly did not taste burnt. Will order again!
Note: the server said he is not personally a big sauce fan and prefers cheesy. He said his go to is the Rita. Maybe next time (with extra sauce).

One of my Top 5 pizza spots here in Albuquerque. The pizza is baked fresh and takes some time. If you are in a rush order ahead. Great place to stop by in the 505 Food Hall. Pizza was great. Pepperoni was crispy but not burnt and the crust brought the slice together.

First time trying Thicc Pizza Co. this weekend, and was pleasantly surprised! The “thiccness” came into play in that it was a deep dish pizza, such as a pan pizza. Sauce was a good mix of savory/sweet, with real tomato chunks. The cheese was the absolute best part overall. The cheese was so fresh, and made a perfect “cheese pull” effect when separating the slices. Topped with their special seasonings and freshly grated cheese it was beautifully presented. Absolutely 5/5 stars for this place, and will definitely be bringing our friends/family here!

Came here as a backup option from the terrible customer service at burger place across from them. So glad I did. The customer service here was much better. I ended up getting the Rita and adding pepperoni. Delicious pizza. A bit soggy I’m assuming from the buratta. Overall much better than the ghetto burger.

This is the best pie I have had since I have moved to NM. I have tried 4 other places and they fell short of my expectations. Kyle and Unique were extremely helpful when selecting a pie. Tried the GOAT and subbed out the chorizo and added chicken. The char, the crust, ingredients all were amazing!!! Definitely be back again soon to try the others…

Stopped by on a Friday evening and had no problem getting a seat in the food hall at around 530 or so. We ordered the Detroit pizza with pepperoni. (Now I will say I am a bit snobbish about Detroit pizza as I am originally from Michigan and I have probably eaten at the original Buddy’s pizza in Detroit on Conant at least a dozen times). Overall, it was one of the best pizzas I have had in Albuquerque. The crust was nice and sauce flavorful. It had a little more cheese than I am used to but I guess the more the merrier. Pizza came out in around 15 minutes so not too long a wait. Nice stop.
