This place has been in Pardeeville about 8 years now. The owner is always there and makes his sauce and dough from scratch. Really nice family run business. The food is good and they have a large menu- pizzas, salads, pastas, appetizers, Italian beef, and more. Plus full bar. It is very family friendly and great for kids- lots of games to play there and they have coloring sheets (if you turn in your coloring sheet you get a prize!) A wonderful place for a family meal out together or date night! There’s a lot of fun decor to look at and good music playing. Definitely recommend!

Thee Upper Crust was fantastic and did not disappoint on any level. I traveled to Pardeeville Wisconsin, to see a volleyball game at a local school and afterwards was extremely hungry. I tend to look for restaurants that have generally good reviews and or ratings and ran across Thee Upper Crust.
After going inside this very quaint restaurant, you could tell that they take pride in both the atmosphere of the business and the product that you eventually have brought to your table. One member of my party did get the fettuccine Alfredo and said it was delicious and while I did not try that, I had one of the specialty pizzas that they make. It was beyond fantastic. Everyone at our table enjoyed it and due to the quaint nature of how the restaurant is structured. We became instant friends of a nearby table.
I have taken a few pictures to give you some indication as to where you would be going if you are fortunate enough to try this establishment. I live in the Madison Wisconsin area, but I have traveled to more than 30 countries in the world and have a lot to compare this place too. The owner was so nice to even come out and speak with us and I found out that he has ‘Chicago Pizza’ connections as well. You can’t go wrong with trying this restaurant and I believe you will be as happy as I was.

I would give this place 6 stars if possible. It is as local as it can get. I wish there were more places like this. Just a truly special place. I highly recommend the house special sausage and pepperoni pizza.

Fantastic pizza! Even though we live in Middleton we will make the trip there again. Another couple indicated their food was excellent as well. Wasn’t expecting to take much home for leftovers but may have enough left for 2 lunches vs the one expected. We had 4 beers and a lemonade so that factored in to the cost per person.

Came in with an employee of mine and ordered a supreme deep dish and the Alfredo fingers. IT WAS ALL AMAZING! Service was phenomenal and even got to chat with the owner for awhile. He let me know he was from Chicago so of course I knew the pizza was going to be legit. I will certainly be back and I even live in Madison! I’ll travel for this pizza.

We were staying just out of their delivery zone a few weekends ago but they didn’t have alot of deliveries going out so they agreed to bring us a hot pie.. and man I am soo glad they did! It was absolutely wonderful and cheezy. Weeks later we are still talking about it. Will definitely check out the establishment next time we are in the area!

This is one hidden gem that everyone needs to experience. The pizza and calzones are at the very top of my favorite foods that I’ve had at dine in restaurant. Being Italian myself, I appreciated the decor and atmosphere. What surprised me the most was the unique one of a kind taste of the food. You won’t find another pizza place in Wisconsin that could top this place. The ingredients are fresh and authentic, customer service was top notch. I’ll definitely be a Repeat customer and recommend this place to anyone that asks for a great pizza place.
