We came here for the first time on Tuesday for my Birthday! If I could give more stars I would! We had an amazing experience at The Works! Our burgers were absolutely incredible—juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. They also brought out a slice of cake for me! On top of the great food, our waitress Taylor truly went above and beyond. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed, which made the whole experience even better. We hope to see her again! Fantastic food and outstanding service—we’ll definitely be back!

Came here with my wife for the first time this past weekend (she had been one time previous for drinks), but this time we decided to do both food and drinks. The burgers and fries we had were fantastic, as was her Old Fashioned and my Screwdriver. The service was great and the prices were very reasonable too. We will definitely be back.

Dined here last week and I must say that it was a truly amazing experience from beginning to end. The gourmet burgers were absolutely fantastic, brimming with flavour and grilled to perfection. The range of selections suited to all tastes, additionally they also have vegetarian options, ensuring that there was something for everyone.The service was excellent, with attentive staff who were kind and informed about the food options. They went above and above to make our meal experience extraordinary. And don’t forget about the beers; they had a fantastic range of craft brews that went wonderfully with the burgers. Overall, “The Works” exceeded all expectations.

We started with sangria and blue moon beer. The sangria with lemonade was fantastic! Sweet, but not too sweet.
Then, arrived the banana and strawberry milkshake…the best we had!!
All those drinks were followed by burgers, the maple one and the goat cheese one. Both were juicy, tender, with the right amount of cheese and bacon, and a perfectly grilled patty!
Nothing was greasy or heavy.
Our waitress was also very nice. Thank you, Melody!!

We were tired after a roadtrip and just needed some place low-key and comfortabue to recharge. We decided a burger was needed. The onion rings were fantastic. They can be so hit or miss but these were super crunchy. I’m usually very adventurous but this time I kept it simple with the b.a.b burger. The patty was thick. The veggies were fresh. The bun was good. It’s not cheap but it’s fair. You get a lot for your money. The menu was good. There is something for everyone.
Meghan was our server and she did all of the things you hope for so we could enjoy our meal.
No complaints. I’ll go here again for sure.

Was in the area and craving burgers. Stopped by here as I used to come here 6-7 years ago. Sad to see the quality has dropped a lot over the years. Burger bun was very stale, toppings were burned instead of caramelized. For the fried chicken burger, only one side of the chicken was breaded with batter? I don’t know if that’s intentional or also a mistake, overall. Good menu with a lot of choices but poor execution of those choices. Service was also not very considerate of surroundings, we were waiting for the bill for quite a bit. Also $80 for two burgers and two drinks is extremely overpriced, could’ve gone to a steakhouse.

We decided as a family not to come back again.
Great looking restaurant, however, I did not like being called out infront of the entire restaurant that I switched my order.
Once I switched my order, due not being told after we placed it, they couldn’t switch a patty with another one, I had to pick another order. I picked one and then 30seconds later went up to try and change it. Although they didn’t say anything to me, they kept saying the guy in the red shirt in a frustrated way. Your kitchen is open and everyone in the restaurant, family next to us, across from us, and to the far right but close to the kitchen heard it.
I know I was polite, and was trying to rush a switch. I kept it the same after hearing the comment and regretted the option I had. I ordered the Cluck Norris and do not recommend it. The cheese is incredibly pungent and I had to scrape it off.
I didn’t try to make it frustrating, I had to rush and switch my order after being told it wasn’t possible. I wish my order had been switched. I left my receipt at the table when I rushed out but I realize after that 10% tip on a $70 order isn’t $10, so why was I deducted $80 in total.
I live in Milton so it’s a shame I won’t be back.

Hands down, The Works Craft Burgers & Beer is a must-try! The flavors are on point, and the quality shines through in every bite – our veg and chicken burgers were absolute perfection! The onion rings and sweet potato fries were a delightful bonus. But what really made our experience stand out was the exceptional service from the owner, who was warm, attentive, and clearly passionate about sharing great food with the community. Can’t wait to come back and try more!
