Have been in parking lot for 30 mins waiting for order that was placed at counter, drive thru is so backed up!!! What are they doing in there? Can see why this McDonald’s is always a issue. Called and was told by Nicole the Mgr that they are low on help and wait patiently .

A lot of the McDonald’s locations have gone downhill. Understaffed and lots of mistakes, missing items at the drive-thru. I recommend you check your bag before you drive away and get upset when you get home when you’re missing things.Dried out old cheeseburgers being served instead of throwing out for fresh ones. Lots of cold food including fries and nuggets

Overall experience here is OK. Nothing wrong with the service, food or atmosphere. Appears clean overall, but not sure about the washrooms.

Hello it’s your friendly neighborhood nurse! I picked up a job in Buffalo for the summer and needed to find a decent cheap place to eat food after my 12 hour shift. McDonald’s is really the only fast food I eat these days as I’ve given up on the other chains, and I found this one close to the hospital I work at. I typically don’t review McDonald’s but I had to review this one as it has made the most consistently good and fresh menu items I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s before. Seriously, the McGriddle I had was so good and freshly cooked that I almost turned around to get another one. Can’t believe I’m saying this but I’m excited to go to work just to get food here after my shift is over. If you guys want to experience how McDonald’s menu items are supposed to taste like, get something here and the difference will blow you away.
