The food was amazing. Coconut shrimp was phenomenal. The fried pickels were cooked perfect. The monster fries are a must try. The atmosphere was very uninviting, and unwelcoming. But definitely would recommend.

The Woodbooger Grill is an absolute gem in the area! This visit felt like a treat — the food is delicious, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is top-notch. But the real star of the menu? The sweet potato waffle fries. They’re perfectly crisp on the outside, soft and sweet on the inside, and absolutely irresistible. Pair them with the caramel dipping sauce and it’s next-level amazing — Just the right touch of indulgence.

Whether you’re stopping by for a quick bite or planning a family night out, this place will never disappoint. Fantastic food, friendly people, and an experience you’ll keep coming back for. Highly recommend!

This is a neat Bigfoot establishment. The food was a bit slow coming out. I had The City. It was a take on a cuban similar to the ones so good in Ibor City. Overall cute place to stop in.

We were visiting from out of town and decided to try this restaurant because it looked great online. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. My fiancée, our three teenagers, and I were seated promptly in the middle of the dining room. After being seated, we sat there for almost 10 minutes while multiple staff members walked past us repeatedly. Not a single person acknowledged us, greeted us, offered water, or even said they would be with us shortly. All of the tables around us were being served and waited on.

After being completely ignored the entire time, we finally got up and left. It was frustrating because we genuinely enjoy supporting small, local businesses, and we were excited to try this place. Instead, we ended up going to Dairy Queen because at least there we knew we would be acknowledged and served.

I understand that restaurants can get busy, but basic customer service, like greeting a table or letting guests know there will be a wait, goes a long way. My mom and I visited Wood Booger Grill on our recent trip to Norton,Va.
We had a blooming onion. Then mom had the baked potato. It was loaded down with cheese, bbq, & slaw; she loved it. I had the pulled pork and mac n cheese. It was all delicious. So much food we brought 1/2 home with us. Thanks for a great meal!

We eat here about every month or so, and it’s always delicious.I got a cheeseburger and fries, my wife had a sirloin and shrimp, cooked perfect. The Philly cheese steak is the bomb too. Service is always great with a friendly staff and the price is not bad either, just a few dollars more than fast-food.

Food tasted good, good portions, a little expensive considering the food was lukewarm and over cooked. The server had to be the worse I have ever experienced and you can’t blame it on the place being busy bc the parking lot was almost empty. The waitress was honestly the worse part of the experience as our drinks stayed dried from the time of our first cup til the time we left. Also apparently the kitchen couldn’t cook broccoli? Idk how that makes sense. The waitress wore a gray shirt jacket thing with brunette hair so make sure you don’t get her!

We stopped in our way from Louisville, KY to Goldsboro, NC. My husband had the fiesta potato, and it was great. I ordered the hangover burger and onion rings. The burger hit the spot, but the onion rings had been in the fryer a bit too long. Nothing to complain about, though! The kids enjoyed pizza and mini corn dogs, and we topped off the meal sharing a molten chocolate lava cake that was everything we hoped it would be. The atmosphere was eclectic and fun, and our server Hannah, was SUPERB. So friendly and attentive! I’m really glad we decided to visit!

The food, price, and portion were absolutely great. The dining atmosphere was truly unique. The steak wraps were amazing. The pretzel was humongous and the chocolate cake is to die for.
