There are too many online orders that were prioritized over the people who ordered in person. We waited for 15 minutes to order food. They did not have the 2 other people to handle their traffic. It’s a good problem but poorly executed. The drive-thru, counter, and online orders overwhelmed everyone, and very little was done well. Hopefully, they can fix it.

Went there for a early lunch on a Saturday afternoon and the soda machines wasn’t working and the ice machine wasn’t working and then as if that wasn’t enough they had no napkins. I mean how hard is it to go across the street to walgreens or dollar Tree and buy a few packages of napkins for your customers to use??? I won’t be going back. The staff was to be chatting about their previous night activities to care about the customers. NO THANKS!!!!

Staff is friendly and fast. However, my server didn’t know how to apply my receipt code to my order to get a free chicken sandwich. The shift leader was able to apply it when she saw that he was having trouble doing it. I also told them No mayo for the sandwich, but it had been put on there anyway. Aside from that, my food was at a good temperature and was ready within 6 minutes. The crowd level wasn’t bad. I went around 11:05 am.

Drive thru was not busy, they are too concerned about service time instead of customer service. Manager should be fired and staff should be replaced. The point of the drive thru is to get service there not get told go park and the lot and we’ll bring your food out. Then when the food is ready they don’t bring it out and force you to get out your car to approach the dangerous drive thru and squeeze between vehicles to access the window to grab my food and drink! HORRIBLE SERVICE! Horrible STAFF

TERRIBLE AND DISGUSTING customer service at the drive thru at night! I think they have changed staff. Very rude and you can tell they hate their job. Very unfortunate because I’ve never had an issue here, now I’m going to just have to drive further to another Wendy’s. The food at night is also cold and the fries and I have to reheat it when I get home. It’s just unacceptable!! Please avoid this Wendy’s location!!

DO NOT PLACE YOUR ORDER INSIDE! Every time I’ve placed an order in this restaurant, no matter how empty it was inside, they take at LEAST 20 minutes to get your order. They prioritize drive thru and Uber eats orders before customers who place an order inside. If you do go here, even if the drive thru line is long, stick with it. You’ll get your food so much faster.
